I bought an electric drumkit so that i didn’t have to set up and put it away. Also i remember one time i missed my snare and hit my knee really hard. I also sweat so much whilst playing that i ruined my socks. Drums is hard but it all pays off when someone compliments you on your playing or you finish playing infront of an audience and they cheer and cheer for you. It cant get better that that.

I've been playing for a while and that hasn't happened to me either. I keep my snare pretty low though, so maybe that's part of it. I have hit my hands with the drumsticks though, and that can be pretty painful sometimes.
