Hi Rob, any chance you'd consider putting together a video on how you set your FTMP up for [live] use? I suck at figuring these boxes out. Took me two years to get a handle on my Kemper. Even now I only feel as though I've scratched the surface. I'm literally digitally dumb!

Literally just got mine yesterday!! Been 24 hours and simply blown away! Old school guy like myself, love the pedal board and familiarity from the last 45 years of collecting gear. All in one fucking box!! Looking forward to recording with this unit. Keep these coming Rob , good content for this community!

Very cool! It’s like hanging with Rob checking out some tones. And they are killer tones! Some of those licks were MEGA cool 😆 👍 I wasn’t expecting min 13:00. Nailed it! Hmmmm ….. maybe there will be some whistling on the new ELITE album? 😊 I can’t wait for the new ELITE album.

Todd! I appreciate you bro! 👊 I wish you could have actually been there with me checking out those tones! Would you have joined in with me at 13:00?? 😙🎶 New Elite is shaping up NICELY as a matter of fact! And you'll be among the first to hear it! Thanks again my man!

For these tones. A strat neck pickup is a must. 21 or 22 fret. Traditional style. Our metal guitars don't do them justice.

Hi Rob! Love your content and just got the Tone Master Pro last week. Downloaded a few of your presets and can't seem to get audio out with them. I have only been using headphones so far, so maybe that's what's going on? Still learning the settings on it, so perhaps you set them up for speaker output only? Thanks so much!
@RobArnoldWorld2 ай бұрын
Yo dude! So check this out... Let's say you're at my MAIN rhythm tone. In preset mode, you'll see two boxes that say OUTPUT in them at the very end of the chain. If you click either one of them, you'll see that I have the headphones assignment OFF on each one. Just turn them back on and you should be good! 🎸

Love the videos and your music and projects. Did you have to modify your Gator G-Tour Case for the Peavey 412 cabs? I bought the Laney LFR412 to use with my Tonemaster Pro, but was told it would not fit the Gator, yet the Laney demensions are smaller than your Invective 412. Curious to know how you made yours fit. Thanks and keep doing your awesome stuff.
@RobArnoldWorld3 ай бұрын
Thanks man! So the Gator cases come with various pieces of foam, with velcro backing, which enable you to place them where you need (or not use them at all) to fit pretty much any size cab. I demonstrate it all in this video! 👉 kzbin.info/www/bejne/omXQiXmNebeib7csi=LOpnRqAkb6DIJHT3 There are chapters set up too, so check the video description box for a later chapter that says something about my new Gator Cases. Cheers!

You needed to play something off "Under lock and Key" with the George Lynch preset... Trying to understand how a metal guy playing an ESP/LTD doesn't play anything from one of their main endorsers most popular discs. ;) Ah I'm giving ya a hard time of course, definitely nice playing and you helped push me towards picking one of these up soon! Sold my Helix last year and need a new modeler, this looks like one! Appreciate the video!

I need to ask a dumb question. Are we hearing this being played through the tone pro itself, do you have a cabinet mic'd up?

No cab! Just straight from the TMP into my computer. And what you're hearing is just a recording of that.
@bobaseed44233 ай бұрын
Hey Rob i used these heavy strings called mammoth I've seen you use them in some shorts it's like 12-62 which is insane. Anyway went to a guitar store looking for them and the dude was like "Oh you'll bend your neck with those" is this true? Cause i use a squire tele and cort strat but is it only ESP that don't bend the neck from thick strings? I'm way too confused
@RobArnoldWorld3 ай бұрын
Hey dude- I wouldn't worry about that at all! Necks are tough and are designed to withstand a lot of tension. Perhaps you'll need to make a truss rod adjustment though, and I recommend checking out this comprehensive video which will guide you along the way! 👉 kzbin.info/www/bejne/oaXMd2Worth2jZI
