Super strength is very useful, a utility belt isn’t a power, a spider-mobile isn’t a power, and he uses web crawling every day. Controlling spiders isn’t useless, he just doesn’t use it often. Becoming a spider is very useful if he can heal broken bones. His web shooter gadgets aren’t useless, they just run out of web sometimes.

Why This Video is Wrong: He Can Turn Into A Spider: Is good for last line of defense, also extremely efficient regeneration after cocooning himself. Becoming a spider also helps and shows a side of him able to rely on instinct more, useful and cool. Advanced Suits: Helps amplify spider powers, Karen points out important details he may need that he doesn’t already know, he’s intelligent, but not all knowing. Also suit has not made spider powers useless, what are you talking about, he still uses his abilities a ton, pretty useful. Also later on you say that he has an AI (Karen) so why would he need a utility belt. Hypocrite. Web Shooters: His main form of transportation, how tf are these not useful, and the web shooters are meant to represent his intellect and how he made them him selves, despite being a teenager, pretty symbolic/useful. Not a power. Communication With Spiders: Spiders can tell him anything they know that he doesn’t about a certain event that he could have missed, can control them like a mini army, very useful. Super Strength: Not being unique does not equal useless, plus ten tons is a lot, so many people would die, and he would probably be dead if his punches only felt like a normal persons, extremely useful. Fast Metabolism: More resistance to drugs and poisons, as mentioned, and also can help make sure he is getting enough nutrients, because all his excessive exercise (where do you think all that strength comes from?) would make him extremely nutrient deficient if he didn’t get enough food, very useful, keeps nutrient intake in check. Also later on in the video, you say that he should have organic webbing, well that needs much more nutrients, since he’ll need to produce the actual webbing inside his body himself, so yeah. Hypocrite. Spider Mobile: You literally just said the web shooters were useless, but anyways, the spider mobile is a good use of transportation that doesn’t run through/waste his spider webbing as quickly as, which you talked about earlier, but like whatever. Also this is not a power. Utility Belt: You literally said that it holds the webbing. Duh. Plus it can help hold items that he may need for missions, for example a small flash drive for a base raid, etc. Useful/practical. Still not a power btw. Grow Multiple Limbs: You know how in movies characters are always put in this situations where they hand off a ledge by their fingertips? Well, now he has several limbs to pull himself up. But like in all seriousness, this technically isn’t a power, it’s an effect from a drug that Peter injecting himself with, meaning it’s an accident/rebound, not a power. So yeah. Wall Crawling: What? I- uh- whuh??? I need to explain this? Ok well it’s extremely useful for sneak attacks, the small little spines/hairs on his finds and feet also help reduce the amount of sound he’s making when walking, running, etc. He can catch himself if he falls off buildings/into them (you have no idea how many times that’s happened), if somebody picks him up and throws him, he can regain his bearings, he can fight sideways on walls/buildings which gives him huge terrain advantage since most his enemies can only stay upright, plus, like you said earlier, we love Spiderman for having spider abilities!!! In case you didn’t know, THIS IS A SPIDER ABILITY! Plus, you literally stated yourself that it’s useful for breaking into secret bases and stuff. I’m low key with you on the little clings through the suit, but I believe that this is a semi reasonable explaination for that: His (original) suit is made of spandex, a thin stretchy materiel which is probably thin enough for the little feelers to poke through and attach to surfaces. For Karen’s suit (no I am not calling it the Stark suit, it is Karen’s she lives in it, give her love, she supports Peter like a true homie), Tony could have purposely made the suit thinner, because as seen in homecoming, when he (Peter) puts it on, it tightens to fit his body shape, which most likely stretches the fabric into place and thins out in the certain areas that he would use to attach to places. So yea. You’re wrong.

With this he becomes more powerful, agile, and deadly 9. Advanced Suits. Having an advanced suit means he can have a wide variety of web shooters and more. With the iron spider suit, spider man can fly, he's bullet proof, has a built in AI and he can shoot energy blasts similar to iron man 8. Web Shooters. This "power" was made by Peter himself and it is incredibly strong and helps him get around the city quickly. It can also be helpful in terms of combat. 7. Communicating with Spiders. With this power Spider-Man can overwhelm enemies, have spiders bite and possibly kill them, and more. 6. Super Strength. Do I even have to bother with this one? T_T 5. Fast Metabolism. Although this means he will have to eat much more than a regular human, this also means he is immune to many poisons and it helps him heal. 4. Spidermobile. This car or motorcycle or whatever the version is helps him get around faster than he could already go. The mobile comes with regular webbing, taser webbing, and it can ride on walls. 3. Utility Belt. This belt can be useful in many ways, as it can hold trackers, web cartridges, and a gps. 2. Having Six Arms. Well this is pretty interesting but whatever. Having six arms means he can get around quicker, hold more, and has better reflexes. Haven't we all wanted a spare set of hands at one point? 1. Climbing Walls. How is this useless again? With this he can grab things easier, get places most people can't go, stick to things such as vehicles. And it isn't just that he's sticky on his own, otherwise he'd stick to everything, the way it actually works is that he does this similar to actual insects and spiders by charging his body with positive ions similar to rubbing a balloon and having it stick to something.

I've always looked at Peter's artificial webbing as a great way to showcase his intelligence. Remember, before Peter was bitten by the radioactive spider, he was already a genius level student. This intelligence adds a different dimension to his abilities, and taking the webbing he made away and making it organic diminishes that contribution to the hero's makeup.

Why not have both web shooters??? This way he always has back up. Extra arms means you can throw more punches at your opponent. Example if Mayweather had to fight a boxer 6' tall boxer with 6 long arms with super strength this would present to him a challenge greater than the one presented by a normal human being with only two arms.!!!! Money is tough but if Spidey covers him with lots and lots of webbing he can defeat him because now he can't move his arms and can't even see with a ton of webbing blocking his vision!!!

I stopped watching as soon as we got to the web-shooters. AKA Spider-Man's iconic tool. The whole point of the mechanical web shooters was to make Spider-Man run out of webbing at comedically critical moments. It is both a signature strength and a risky and exploitable weakness that makes Spider-Man interesting as a superhero with relatively balanced superpowers (compared to other characters in the Marvel gallery). And furthermore, this is on a compilation of useless superpowers? So Spider-Man's primary tool and how he usually wrangles-in criminals and gets from one side of town to another is a useless ability. Makes sense.

Cause yes a normal human can swing however the fact he jumps off huge buildings would put a huge strain on a person so his strength prevents that the force of the swings we see in films alone would be really tiring for just a couple swings so therefore yes a person can swing but the tall buildings and long distance would increase the force to a near unbearable amount

Web Shooters are actually ingenious, giving him extra abilities and is a great weapon that can easily be hidden allowing him to use them at any given time. Communication of Spiders allow him to be any where at any time if spiders are around. Just look at the Ant Man movie. Super Strength is still awesome and useful even if not unique. Fast Metabolism is important for poison and radiation resistance. The Spider-Mobile is awesome in the 2015 Amazing Spiderman comics. Climbing on walls allowing him to get to near unreachable places and can be used offensively to burn through skin.

He also might loose the ability to wall crawl (which isn't useless) or wouldn't stand a chance against Cap or Vulture. In the comics and some shows, his super strength was also what enabled him to use his web shooters. In order to activate them, he needed to push on a pressure sensor on his palm with superhuman strength.
