Is there any other explanation why the Prophet kissed the stone? Because as a Christian, we kiss the cross because Jesus Christ died on the cross and since then the cross become a sign for Christianity and the devil is scared of the cross. Priests bless us with the cross. We wear it to protect us from the evil. I need more explanation why the prophet kissed the stone. With all do respect.

It acts as direction for all muslim in the world to pray. Its to unify muslims
@TheWarningMessage11 ай бұрын
The Kaaba is a Mosque with its origins tracing back to Prophet Abraham (Ibrahim PBUH), and it was later restored by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Muslims adhere to a unified direction for their prayers. Initially, during the early stages of Revelation, Muslims faced Jerusalem (Al Aqsa Mosque) when praying. However, Allah/God subsequently commanded a change in direction towards the Kaaba. Within the Kaaba, worshippers have the freedom to pray in any direction. This flexibility is useful, such as when a Muslim finds themselves in the Amazon jungle without a compass..Find in KZbin “inside Kaaba” then you will see people praying different direction also cleaning inside & upstairs. The Black Stone holds no inherent power and poses no threat to us. It was placed there by Prophet Abraham and was originally white. Prophet Muhammad kissed it, and Muslims continue this practice as a symbol of their love and devotion. It is broken & hijacked multiple times after prophet Mohammad(PUBH) to now. The significance lies in the sentiment, rather than the stone itself. For a comprehensive understanding, I encourage you to conduct your own research. [Quran 2:127] “And ˹remember˺ when Abraham raised the foundation of the House with Ishmael, ˹both praying,˺ “Our Lord! Accept ˹this˺ from us. YOU THINK THEY WORSHIP STONE ? HELL NO stone in the Kaaba is one of the sacred objects in Islam. This stone is known as Hajar Aswad (Arabic: الحجر العسود), which means "black stone". This stone is located in one of the corners of the Kaaba, which is the sacred building in the center of the Grand Mosque in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. Hajar Aswad is believed to have a rich and important history for Muslims. According to Islamic tradition, this stone came down from heaven and has origins that are believed to come from the time of the prophet Ibrahim (Ismail in Islamic tradition). This stone is also associated with various important events in Islamic history, including the rebuilding of the Kaaba by Prophet Ibrahim and Ismail. During Hajj and Umrah, Muslims try to touch, kiss, or point their hands towards the Black Stone. This action is called "berkissah" or "touching" with the Black Stone, and many Muslims try to do this because they consider it an action that brings blessings. However, due to the large number of pilgrims and to maintain security, it is often difficult to perform such actions directly. It is important to remember that this stone is a physical object that is respected in a religious context and not an object of worship in Islam. Muslims respect and face the Kaaba, not the stone itself

As Christians, we only believe in one true God, YHWH. All others are false gods. In the Old Testament, God's presence was in the Holy of Holines, inside the Temple of Jerusalem. The Holy of Holies is a term used in the Hebrew Bible to describe the most sacred area of the ancient Tabernacle of Moses and the Temple of Jerusalem. It was a windowless, square enclosure that was only accessible to the Israelite high priest. The Holy of Holies was separated from the rest of the tabernacle or temple by a heavy veil made of linen and yarn, embroidered with gold cherubim. The Holy of Holies was a perfect cube that contained only the Ark of the Covenant. According to Hebrew tradition, the area was defined by four pillars that held up the veil. The high priest was only permitted to enter the Holy of Holies once a year, on Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, to burn incense and sprinkle sacrificial animal blood. Some say he would also have a rope tied around his ankle so that other priests could pull him out if he suddenly fell dead. The term Holy of Holies is qodesh qodashim in Biblical Hebrew, which means "most holy" or "holiest". In the King James Version of the Bible, the sanctuary is often referred to as the "most holy place".

If allowed, other people will fighting to get in there. And risk of stampede. But bear in mind, the holy area is not limited to the kaabah perimeter, but it's actually a complex. As long as we pray in the perimeter of the complex, we r in the holy place as Kaabah, only without roof and walls. Same concept as masjid Aqsa in Jerusalem. If U pray outside the mosque, but still inside the perimeter, U still praying in the 'masjidil aqsa'.
