I do the crock pot trick of getting a head start on High for 1 to 1 1/2 hr then down to Low all the time. I usually am pressed for time.

Love the cheesecake dessert. Doing low carb, I'd use the vanilla sandwich cookies from Catalina Crunch. I've made the fluff recipe with sugar free Jell-O and it's really good. Cheesecake is one of the things I miss the most since going low carb. Thanks for another great video!

Stir the pudding mix into the whipped topping, no milk, and you will get a fluffier and more mousse-like consistency. Yes, you can use sugar-free pudding or jello and the ‘free’ whipped topping. Use strawberry jello and you’ll get strawberry mousse! A very oldWWrecipe from the late 80s early 90s.

I've made pudding with almond milk I think. It needed another night/basically 24 hours total to set, but it eventually did and then it was just like normal pudding.
