Hey Josh! Thanks for the mention!! Indeed who knows what happens for one's career progression after you get married ya? Isn't it supposed to be a vow of going through thick and thin together? 😊 Definitely in favour of promoting family unity and happiness!🎉

Hi Josh, thanks for the sharing. Personally, I've found the data on degree holders having higher salary insightful, which furthers affirm my decision to save up for a degree. Thanks so much for providing a contrarian perspective with hard data, especially when there's so much noise claiming that a degree is useless.

No probs! Most of the noise regards "going the entrepreneur path" Most in SG are in corporate. Glad to hear you've upgraded. All the best!

Josh , great video. On @6:12 , do you have an updated slide? Sora 3m in that slide was 2.75% while it is 3.7% today. Pretty sure those numbers look worse

My wife earns around 15 times more than me and we been happily married for 9 years. It do helps a lot if the other half who earns lesser don't sponge on their spouse and also bear the same responsibility for the family.

@@DonYang73 Yes, we have a 6-year-old kid. I am already in my early 40s. In term of non-financial contribution, I love and care for my wife just like my wife love and care for me. It goes both ways. For a marriage to work, both parties must genuinely love and care for one another.

Mean incomes based on age group are nice. However, what is missing out are those that made mid career switch (in their late 30s, 40s or 50s) either due to personal circumstances or their ex industry becoming intensely competitive or being in the sunset. These people are the ones that are back to fresh grad pay despite having another degree for the purpose of this career switch. Well, this is the reality that we have to content with. Hard truths.

Really a good video for young adults who just entered the job market. Only if I had such opportunities in my time for good tutorial. I am a retiree get $915 from CPF. However, I have finally made break through of getting passive income $12-$15k annually after retirement through investing local blue chip stocks. Previously I had over traded in stocks which I made little profits. Thanks for your great video.
