Girl! Yes on packing the big clothes!! I’m so tired of having more luggage because my clothes are huge. When I was 150 lighter, I still had this fear of chairs with arms, but I was pretty much able to fit anywhere. Now that I have regained, I have trouble again. 😭 I need to get serious about losing again.

I struggle with the pictures. I hate full length pictures of myself and always avoid them when I can. I feel like a blob when I look at myself. Also, with warmer weather coming that mean short sleeves. Summer is when I feel judged. More skin shown, more me out there. It’s really hard to want to go anywhere outside of the house. And I love being outdoors! I just don’t love being outdoors around people.

I've decided to let all of this go. I posted this today on my insta stories. A before and after last year with my kids to now. And I'd rather be present and secure with my kids memories of me instead of being insecure. My kids are watching and I don't want them to act insecure about their bodies someday. So I'm choosing to let go of all of these insecurities. It is SO hard but I'm doing it! Do it with me! Wear those short sleeves and ROCK THEM! Be confident in whatever size you are and do it for you and for your kids.
