10 Things Introverts Seriously Struggle With Everyday. Most people assume wrongly about introverts because of their atypical aura. They value privacy more than social interaction. They also can’t understand why some people think they’re unusual despite acting normal. If you are an introvert, you can probably relate to these struggles.
Undeniably, introverts have difficulty adjusting to a new work environment, especially when they already felt comfortable with their previous job. This new stage in an introvert’s life can significantly impact their mental and emotional well-being. Why? It is because introverts value every memory they have with a person or a place. They can’t quickly get over with anything or anyone they’ve enjoyed being with. Thus, it is pretty much challenging and life-changing for introverts to resign and apply for another job. They are aware that another job means another batch of workmates, new workloads, and a new boss. This might be too much for introverts to handle.
Introverts always try to cope with society. However, it is unfortunate that their family, relatives, and acquaintances struggle in understanding their nature too. What are the other struggles an introvert continuously faces? How can they manage these without sacrificing their well-being?

Not just introverts but extroverts can be the same way. But yes, introverts rarely open their mouth but once they do, they are extremely blunt and straightforward.

I'm proud of being an introvert and to be honest, before I happened to hear several videos about introverts and extroverts, I knew nothing about these two terms and their associated types of people. The more I hear about it, the more it has confirmed to me that I am an introvert, a person with, among other things, backbone, a sense of responsibility, integrity and loyalty. I find noise and crowds of people exhausting, as well as marathon shopping, which most women should actually love. I work with children and young people and at work I always do my best no matter what my personal day is and how I feel that day. And after each working day (with a lot of noise) I always need at least 30 minutes alone in the Nature to calm down and relax my ears. I find it exhausting to talk to people who have little or no empathy and understanding for their fellow human beings. Braggy people or people who let themselves be defined by others are just as annoying for me. I love having deep and meaningful, constructive conversations. What I really hate, is gossiping, pretending and prejudices. Oh yes, and before I recommend something to someone, I first inform myself about the topic and, if necessary, do a self-test. I don't like wishy-washy recommendations that get nowhere. That would be very uncomfortable and not right. And actually I'm very curious and open minded. You can talk to me about anything and if i don't know about something, I'll find out more or learn it from the person I'm talking to. In fact, I often learn from the kids and young people I work with on a daily basis. They are often the inspiration and I find that very enriching. Wish you all blessed time and lovely people around you 💕

It’s really hard being an introverted black girl . Because other black people are not used to this . Our culture is mostly EXTROVERTED and all the same . So it’s really hard for me to fit in there and I end up making a lot of enemies because black people do not understand what’s different from them . They’ll just judge me and think I think I’m better or that I can’t be trusted . Then with other races I’m already considered different so now that I’m not open and social it makes it worse . Especially because I am a girl ! Girls usually have this soft open nurturing nature . Women aren’t usually reserved ! Men are ! So I’m just all fucked lol 😂 good thing I am now working on my love for myself and I’m starting to not need validation from exterior sources . I find that I’m more secure and when I get those stares that people don’t understand I kind of rebel in it because I have no desire to be understood anymore .

Not all of them are extroverts. Some are just social people without being extroverted. Extroverts believe the most horrible thing there is being completely alone. Social people prefere the company of others but do not think it is agonising horror to be alone. Extroverts require no company nor try to obtain it. We require no friends, a mate, nor even work aquaintences. I go nowhere where people herd together. I guess there are different levels of being introverted. I must be a 9 to 9.5 because I have no friends, nor a girlfriemd. I have no desire to be part of a social herd nor exchange communication with anybody an interpersonal, social, manner. I simply want no complications in my life. Friends are, indeed, complicated.

I think more your assessment is of shy people and there is a difference between being an introvert and being shy. Shy is psychological, introversion is a choice. Introverts are perfectly hapoy being themselves and I'll wager most introverts are not shy. Read up. Case in point. What is a typical aura? As opposed to an Atypical one. Most videos on youtube get it wrong. No true understanding of what an introvert really is.

I learned how to make nonpotable water drinkable, make fire without fire making items, animal traps, weapons, and much more! It is my hope I never have to use this knowledge. But, I do know how many things in case I must do it someday. There is nothing wrong with knowledge. It beats being willfully ignorant. When ever someone says, "Why would I want to know that?" I know that is not a very intelligent person.

@@indridcold8433 you're missing the point here. You do right by learning all you talk about. It's a skill. I for one I'm like that, but I don't go around analysing individual behaviours for no apparent reason, I pick it up and have it as an arsenal, not deliberately study people instead of relating with them. It must be pure satanic to study people instead of relating to or with them. Change and enjoy life with people God has blessed you with

@@viriacssa2003 I am not around social herds enough to learn the customs, protocols, intents, preferences, dislikes, nor character, of humans. Interactions with humans are fleeting and very sporadic for me. I go weeks without seeing people, save on television. My schedule, location, and work, disallows me to infiltrate into human social herds and interpersonal, social, interactions. I have no coworkers on my shift. I work nights in a very rural location. I am merely an outside observer to the human condition, and species. I fear the detachment to humans is so great I do not feel human. I feel rather if I were an automaton. This is not to say I have no enjoyment in life. On the nights I do not work, I enjoy late night explorations of ghost towns, abandoned logging trails, very rural locations, and making modifications to my vehicle in order to make it to offroad locations with great ease. I often go on very long hikes at night, and enjoy them throughly. Since I work nights, I also live at night, when everyone is asleep in my tiny, rural, area. I adapted my life to exist in this environment long ago. It is extremely unlikely I could ever reassimilate back into existing in a social herd, or returning to existing at day. Those like me should should accept that we are considered undesireable to the, "normals," and just stay isolated in a rural, night, environment. Being social is not for everyone, nor is it truly necessary for everyone. Some can exist beyond the influence of the social herds and require no friends also. I have existed in this manner since 8 August 2000 at 18:34. There is little chance of me being welcomed back into the social herds and being taught the current customs and social protocols. There is little reason to try.

The word "anti-social" is a lot different than being "unsociable.". I think you made a mistake there.

Well said. I'm an introvert and avoid people as much as possible, but am still polite to people I come across in my daily life. I don't wish anyone any harm. I just sort of leave people to their misery. If they like large crowds, socialising, social media etc that's fine, it's just not my thing, and I choose to stay away from it all.
@shannonschaerer1010

@Andygb78 And there is absolutely nothing wrong with that!! I am an introvert as well, but as long as it doesn't happen too often, I can do the crowd thing 1-2x a yr. I spend time mostly with family. I can also be lively & take control of a situation on the spot if needed. Still, I choose to mainly keep to myself or with someone CLOSE. You sound normal to me, & being an introvert is fine. Of course, it is different for different people - but many people ARE!! And that does NOT mean that You are "anti-social"!! Those words mean a person has traits of a SOCIOPATH. "Unsociable" means you show traits of being an INTROVERT. Obviously, those are 2 COMPLETELY DIFFERENT things!! Like you said - you do not wish anyone any harm!! This video got that wrong, & that's a dangerous term to misuse!! Be Well!! Peace!!
