I don’t wear any of these and would add sport jersey, unless you are at the game. I don’t want to walk around with someone else’s name on my back. I don’t want to walk around with my name on my back. I don’t think you should wear shorts in the city, unless you are headed to the gym or out for a run. Shorts should only be worn at the beach or at a tropical resort. With respect to belts they should not be worn with a suite. They break the line of a suite. With a suit the paints should have either side adjusters or braces (no clip on suspenders)

I’ve finally after 30 years have started dressing better and feel much better and feel better walking into a room. My go to is usually an Oxford shirt, Chinos, and Loafers or white shoes depending on the situation. I’ve always worn watches so that was a given but I used to until about June still dress how I did in 9th grade, Paramore or My Chem shirts, slightly smaller than they needed to be, off white chucks, slim dark blue or black denim and my old studded belt…yes I was an emo kid and never left the style til this year. Glad I did because I feel much better. Only sin I still make is cargo pants, but I’m a mechanic and that’s the only time I wear them.

Agree with all but the first two. Henley shirts look great, as long as you’re athletic, the shirt is form-fitting, and long sleeved. As for cargo shorts...sorry ladies, we don’t wear these for you. They are pinnacle of functional practically, and I will have at least one pair in my wardrobe until I die. For doing yard work, building things, camping, there is no substitute. That said, I won’t be wearing them to a garden party, or to the antique store with the Mrs, but when things need to get done, the cargo shorts come on.

I think fashion is more fun to let loose that isnt always prim and proper… and tbh telling people what single item they shouldn’t be wearing when fashion is all about confidence with the whole outfit can be unhelpful to some who are beginners who wanna get interested in fashion… fashion is an art form and it is to be expressed however a person may see fit. I dont believe there is ever a “bad” item to wear, it honestly boils down to the pairings of the whole outfit. What I've learned from channels like this is to take their advice with a grain of salt because the "don't wear this or that" lists vary from channel to channel. You soon realize that these are just personal opinions. I'm not really into graphic tees; I mostly wear solid-colored ones. However, as a teacher, we have a lot of dress-up days, so I wear graphic tees on those occasions to have fun with my students. I'm also a huge fan of The Peanuts, so I occasionally wear a Snoopy shirt or another character from the series. I mostly agree with a lot of what she said, except for her opinion on jean shorts. That seems odd to me since jean shorts have always been a summer staple. A lot of Ashley's style tips are dull and repetitive; she suggests chino pants or shorts and white shoes for everything. It's very boring.

When wearing a button short sleeve, what should the fit be? Same as the long sleeve button-up ?

Most of the guys in the video have great fit body type. But what about those in plus size and probably men that developed man boobs and belly. Kind of discriminating if you ask me.

Hmmmm, in my opinion l, graphic Ts are nice to wear around the house, a quick trip to a friend, store, or any quick trip in general. I say it shows your patronage towards a creator. Also shows individual what your into, could be a nice conversation starter. But definitely don't wear it for formal events or dinner dates lol. Fun arcade/mini golf dates could be the an alternative.

Graphic T-shirts can be fun every now and then, especially when I’m out with the family on the weekend. I don’t really care about always looking as masculine as possible. Of course, the shirt should still fit well and coordinate with the rest of my attire.

Sometimes you can see men wearing cargo shorts, who actually put things in the leg pockets, like their wallet, all their keys, their phone...and they're clunking around like a cow wearing one of those bells, their pockets are swinging :-) They're decorative, youre not supposed to actually put things in there.

That's actually like the opposite of being true. They are functional, and when real men wear them, they wear them because they are functional, if you're wearing them because you think they're fashionable, you're not really a man. You might be confused, but not a man.
