Something I learned is that setting boundaries for yourself will be a difficult but crucial thing to learn -- and the earlier you learn to stick up for yourself, the better your college (and life in general) experience will be. At the end of the day, who will stick up for you if you don't?

I've noticed in college you become so much more open minded! You get in touch with different people who have opposit opinions about everything, which makes you think, think a little bit more and finally build your own belief about certain topic. That's what I like the most, I guess. I feel I'm more aware of who I am and in what I truly belive.

Loved this video Natalie! I definitely related to almost everything you said as a civil engineering major. One thing that I have learned in college so far is that it is so important to meet people in your major that will push you to be a better person academically and will also be there to support you during those tough times.

This video was so spot on. I'm in my third year studying mechanical engineering and I totally relate to everything you mentioned in this video! One thing I learned and am still growing in is to learn how to take a break. Sometimes it feels like the only way to get something done is by not sleeping or by constantly studying without breaks, but mental health and rest is so important. I honestly would forget to eat sometimes! Engineering is definitely not easy, but I love it. Thanks for making this video!

wtf? 1hr+ clases a day. For me its like 8 a.m - 6 p.m tuesday and thursdays and monday fridays its 8 -11. My G.e are usualy the 1h50min but major core studio clases are like 3 hrs. I'm at a quarter system in Cal Poly.
