Your channel is spot on. Everything right about what you say and this comes from a 46 year old male. But...after 18 years of marriage I would like to add one thing: It is easier to get a PhD in astrophysics, build your own spaceship and travel to the end of the universe or an other dimension, than to please a woman long term. Why? Because it is never enough. If you give her 99,9 %, she will nag about the missing 0,01%. Women have this ability of spotting any insufficiencies. I have PhD in molecular biology, make much more than expected 6 figures, train in martial arts, accomplished musician (not trying to brag here), nearly have six pack...gentlemen...it is never enough. I raised our kid, enabled her to study 3x. Yet..no love, affection, sex...for many years. I hate to say it, because I wish it was otherwise...having an affair and letting her know it was the solution for me. Then she knew how to act right. And think about return of investment...what does she do for you is the question? I know much more men trying to please their women, than women try to please their men. Weird times.

Good tips but “insecurity” is subjective...most cheating partners use that as an avenue to guilt trip one another. Once you sense irregular behaviors from your partner then it’s safe to be insecure. So in essence it’s normal to be insecure when u sense a particular pattern that screams red flag in your partner.

Stay on your purpose and have an abundance mindset. She is replaceable at anytime. The problem today man ,majority of them are simps and put women on a pedestal , validate women too much. as soon as you validate women, you are history or afterthought.
