Omg same I woke up at 4 am and I couldn't fall back sleep until 7 am because my nose was really stuffy so it was impossible to breathe, it hurts to swallow, and my neck feels swollen. I just ate some soup and gargled salt water but my throat still hurts ;-; I also have tonsil stones so that doesn't help at all. I also can't tell if it's allergies or some kind of cold but whatever it is I want it to stop 😭
