Q: Where is your accent from?
A: I was born and raised to Toronto, Ontario, Canada but moved to Essex in England when I was 14 years old. Hence my mixed up accent.

I laughed so hard when your husband made the reversing lorry noises 😆. My partner has been great about post baby weight. If they just say nothing you feel happy enough to workout and eat properly again. No one ever lost fat by being bullied by their spouse.

You have no idea how helpful this was! Someone read a poem at our wedding about never going to sleep in an argument and we kind of both took it as gospel. In the beginning it was easy to uphold but with kids and exhaustion sometimes you just don’t have the energy and you guys are so right! SLEEP ON IT! Game changer...thanks both! 😘

Yes I think I was the same before children. I remember Matt would always want to sleep on an argument, and I couldn't get my head round it. But also looking back, the things we argued about were so unimportant! Kids came along and sleeping on a disagreement can help so much. Thank you so much for watching Aimee xx

As someone who has been married for 4 years, gone through the newlywed bliss, added two children, and gone through some difficult times, my husband and I are definitely still learning to navigate life as a team while being happy individuals. I have been with my husband since I was 16 he was 18 we got married when I was just 20 and have been married 11yrs now and every single thing you said is exactly how we are! Except for sleep on it 🙈 we defo never go to sleep on an argument/ disagreement, I think he’s worried I’d plot his death in my sleep if we did! 😂

bex130788 I stared dating my husband when I was 17. But we went off to different colleges at 19 and just maintained a close friendship over the phone and letters. He always told me we would be married and pursued that one real hard! Ha. When I was 29 we got married and have been married for 4 years now, but we’ve been in love for 16! It’s really crazy to grow up with the person you love and will marry. Congrats to you and your husband.

My husband and I have been married 2 years and we've figured out how to frame the happiness thing pretty well. We acknowledge that we aren't responsible for each other's happiness but we should be bringing joy to each other's lives. It's up to me to make my own happiness but my husband is constantly doing things to bring more joy to my life.

Tell them what you want!!! This is something I discovered in the past year actually after having my second baby. And after a few rows where I was so frustrated he wouldn’t do certain things- just like Matt said- they’re not mind readers. Men function a lot different to us. They don’t have the natural maternal instinct to always know what to do to help. So telling them what you want gets what you want and diffuses a lot of pent up anger. Which is what I’ve been telling a lot of friends who start to complain that their husbands don’t do enough to help- just ask x

I love this video! Ive been married for almost 10 years too. I love that you seem to really care about each others feelings and are on the samr wavelength. I love how deep matt can be bless him! I had twins 2 years ago and we have only been out 3 times together in 2 and a half - 3 years! Our babysitters struggled with our twins and we had to come home early on 2 times. My husband really takes it out on.me that we dont do anything together but i try at home.

I totally agree w/ #2 Sleep on it. Most couples say "Don't sleep if you're not OKAY or if you have hurt feelings toward your partner. fix your problem first... things like that" I think this is a NO NO. you should just SLEEP ON IT cause if you two are in "angry mood" you can't fix anything. 😂
