Who the freak doesn't like pizza? You know, pizza, though there is an art to it, is damn delicious no matter how you swing it. It's like they say, pizza is like sex, even if it's not great pizza, it's still pizza. But I wanted to see how far I could push the idea of pizza, see what would happen when I added sauce, cheese and a few other iconic pizza toppings to some of my favorite foods. Join me on the ride, all of these pizza creations are easy to make and freaking glorious.

I made pizza fries tonight. I cooked the fries according to the package, then I seasoned them with oregano and garlic salt. I spread jarred pizza sauce and shredded mozzarella, and then baked them at 450 until the cheese was nice and melted.

I got an idea! Pizza loaded potato skins. Cut a cooked potatoe in half, scoop out the potato, mash it up with butter and a little salt, put mash back in the skin, top them with the sauce, cheese and whatever else you want then broil or flame torch it. Ooow! I could just go for some of that right now if I wasn't on a stupid green smoothie diet. Damb it!

Just made a pizza after watching this. Oregano, red pepper flakes, cheddar + motzo (I love cheddar on pizza), a mixed bag of yellow, red, and purpleish cherry tomatos (Cut in half, or in slices for the larger ones), and thinly sliced peppers with pepparoni.

I don't have a flame torch so what would be a good alternative? Could putting it in the oven work? Also what type of tomato sauce did you use? There's quite a few different ones in the shop. Lastly how long would you leave this stuff in for fan forced oven and at what heat? I assume 200 heat would would be good?
