Right at the beginning of your video you get the whole plot wrong, they do not set out on a quest to get the glaive. In fact getting the glaive is pretty much the first thing Colwyn does after the slayers invade and take Lyssa. The quest that they do set out on is finding the Black Fortress, because the fortress magically teleports to a new location each day at sunrise.

@@petercrenfield I'm sorry I don't see that as being a quest. For instance, I don't say I'm going on quest to the store to get a beer. When he went to get the glaive, he knew where it was, it wasn't too difficult to get at maybe some light mountain climbing, and there wasn't even some kind of guardian to fight or traps to aviod, just stick your hand in some glowing goo and grab it. There just wasn't any struggle or hardship endured to acquire the glaive. Now finding and getting to that damn black fortress, that was an epic quest.

Krull was one of the first movies I ever remembered as earliest as I can since the 80s, it made such an impact on me that it’s my childhood movie above all others. Only Spaced Invaders comes second as that was the first movie I ever saw in theaters.

I can't imagine dubbing over a British accent today. Nor can I imagine dubbing over Minty.

I actually wrote that in my response,a British accent sells a movie now, but even in Mintys video he mentions Star Wars, with its numerous British accents and James Bond, the British secret service agent, then krill with a teenager as the lead gets the voice of a 35 year old American.

I wish minty would finally realize that he can’t pull those sunglasses off as well as he thinks he does! Love ya otherwise minty but you just need to lose the shades. That being said could you do a top 10 things about “Time Bandits”?

I have a full sized Glaive with metal blades. There's a model builder in Canada who makes them by hand. It's beautiful and even comes with the mysterious symbols painted on the side.
