Hi, thank you for your video, I plan to purchase a two bedrooms condo in Waterloo(my budget is around 500k-600k), and let my parents live in one room(they do not speak English), and rent out one room. My worry is: is it easy to rent out the room(I know students do prefer live with young people), and what price I can get?

Hey Qing, I would be more than happy to help you with that. The rent price would be on the lower end around $700-750 per month. It would be difficult to rent a bedroom as most students would prefer to live with the other students, why don't your parents look at purchasing a 1 bedroom instead, you can a nice 1 bedroom under 500k. You have to factor in all the extra costs from the disgusting water. You need a water softener with multiple bags of salt, a reverse osmosis system so you can drink the water. Also you willbe constantly changing your valves and taps in the house. Yes the water is disgusting.

Disgusting dude. You need to factor in all the extra costs. Water softener and salts,reverse osmosis system, multiple taps and valves that need to be replaced constantly.​@@kevinamorimrealestate
