I NEVER would have gone Orange if Yamaha would have made a street legal version for the US. No regrets, the pumpkin is so easy to go through motor vehicle for your tag. I really did love both my WR400F and WR450F. Ya Eff up Yamaha and pushed us away.

Until they make it a 6 speed, 17k in Australia is far too much. Bigger tank options are silly looking as well.

GREAT bike, but it’s exhausting listening to fanboys explain why even though ktm is making 100s of millions off the EXC, Yamaha can still be 10x the size, making bikes 3x longer, and it’s still impossible for them to make the WR street legal.

You're dumb, good luck finding them that cheap. I've been looking for used ones for months and 2010-2020 are going from 5-10k still used. You don't know what inflation is do you? It goes with used units too lol.

Great idea lol. Looking at a 2022 wr450 for $6200 here in Chicago. May have to pull the trigger for that price. They’re about 9-$10k new for us in the states.

If you shop around you can get pre reg bikes in the uk for about £7700 zero miles and road legal

This is like a bad joke. The new WR450F. Yamaha lowered the seat height 10mm, or like a half inch so you can reach the ground better. Ridiculous. The handlebars have been moved closer to you, so that you can get chucked over them from a more comfortable seating position....
