Fun fact: I have held a championship belt also held by Xavier Woods, and it is a gaming belt! At the Galloping Ghost Arcade in Brookfield, IL, they have a hardcore championship, which functions a lot like the hardcore championship in WWE, in which you can be challenged for the belt at any time by anybody, and the computer randomly challenges what game you will play for the belt. Xavier likes to challenge for the belt when he is in the area and won it a number of times, successfully defending it a lot as well, and I had a two day reign the belt myself at one time, and knowing that a wrestler also held it is a badge of honor I hold very highly.

Kiwami 2 also had legends like Keiji Mutoh, Masahiro Chono, Tatsumi Fujinami, Riki Choshu, and Genichiro Tenryu. Yoshiaki Fujiwara appeared in several games and is one of the central characters all throughout the RGG series, Saki Akai appeared in 6 as a hostess. And more recently, Kenny Omega in Ishin.

Funnily enough, with Lesnar in Madden they made it so you could develop him into a start-worthy player in franchise mode. His physical stats were pretty good, but a lot of the skill stats were really bad. If you knew how to do it on those Maddens developing players was pretty easy, and while it did take a couple of years he'd be a good defensive lineman. He still wasn't ideal as he was older than NFL rookies would be so slower to develop than rookies and quicker to start dropping off, but still fun for Lesnar fans.

6 is a strange pick for the Yakuza series. In 2 was a whole sub quest line with legendary dudes. Mutoh, Chono, Tenryu, Fujinami, Okada ... The list goes on and on. I can't quite remember if they already had wrestlers in 1, maybe in the arena.

The Rock appears in some non wrestling games too, they made a couple of games based on BOTH The Mummy Returns and Scorpion King. You can't play as him in The Mummy, but you can in Scorpion King. He also appears in Spy Hunter by Midway, as Alex Decker and he's also in Jumanji.

I think Yakuza 6 is actually the 11th game in the series, as there was the weird zombie spin off Dead Souls, the 2 PSP games and the 2 Isshin games... Also aside from Kenny Omega in the remake of the first Isshin, Yakuza Kiwami 2 had a bunch of New Japan legends as some secret tycoon organisation trying to shut down construction of a shopping center in a side missions, including The Great Muta and Masahiro Chono.
