Wait a minute, I had to go back. The Hit Man and the Anvil got over on Vince with a finishing move nobody expected. This is my new opinion on the Montreal Screw Job. "Right back at ya Brett". It could have ended with Brett saying to Vince "You owe me a drink!" Hugs all around. It would have been just as emotional and memorable as it is today. It would have damn near the same impact as it has today or maybe more. Brett cared about his home town, his country, his belt and his legacy. Most commentaries never mention the real turmoil about that day. His name is Owen Hart. Everybody hurt! .... Maybe that is why Brett returned after all these years, deep down the most publicly visible persons probably understand there is no justification or blame for a loss of somebody that was so close to both of them. I have never bought into the "Vince is an evil heel" scheme. Outside of the Hart family and extend family, I can't imagine that anybody was more hurt than Vince. If Brett didn't not feel the same way, he would not have chosen to give his (and his family's) life's work to tell the world. "Vince is 'O.K'. with me." We all wish it would have went different. Just in case this commentary seems to put it all on how Brett could have handled it different. He handled it exactly right! No matter what he did in those days, would have been the right thing to do. He had to be mad at things that make him mad, he had to cry whenever the emotion came upon, he had to yell and scream when it came upon him, and he had to continue on. So did Vince. Nothing either of them could have done would make it right. They just took it out on each other.

asthma inhalers must've been different back in the day. As a kid I suffered from asthma (have since grown out of it.... yes, that's a thing) and I recall them pretty much being little canisters of compressed medicine. In order to get lighter fluid in there you'd have to literally cut through the metal canister, put in lighter fluid, somehow reseal said canister so it is leakproof, and then pressurize said canister so it would work when you depress it. In other words..... it's impossible and i call bullshit on that story.
