1 thing to note... your names on your NIN slip must be same and in same order as the names on your passport. If they aren't the same, you need to re capture and update your nin information to match with what's on the passport.

Thanks for the detailed walkthrough, however, I think Nigeria is fond of price gouging people. How on earth is a 10-year passport USD242, also, why are they charging USD when people applying live in Canada. Don’t even get me started on the silly administrative fee.

Hello Tracy; 1. It will fall in the "expired" category. 2. The website says "two current passport-size photographs with white background". The regular size works. All the best!
