The system has been updated and more electronic. Double check the application process and redo your video. There is nothing like acknowledgement slip again. I just did a Passport application for my mother in-law.

Hi, I booked an appointment already but it was the wrong date I intended to click. Pls🙏🏼, do you know how I can solve this, because I have tried doing it in the website but they are just saying restriction something for that centre and I also tried sending them email but got an error also that they blocked the message.

I really do not know, but if you want a later date, it shouldn’t be a problem just go there on the day. But if you want an earlier date, if you haven’t made payment, you can restart the application

How do you print the Acknowledgment Slip. It does not allow you to sign in to NIS and keep saying the log in information is wrong even though I used my google log in sign in information.

Please i am trying to upload my passport photograph on the website but it is giving me an error and i can't go to the next step in the application except the passport photograph is accepted.Did you have the same issue and what can i do to resolve this as the date of my passport expiratiion draws closer?.

It could be the size of the image, be sure it is as the specification. If you still can’t upload, continue the process and make sure you go along with passport photographs on the day of your appointment

After uploading all your details,there will a part you can click at the bottom of that application page that says print, that’s after your are done uploading all your information…and you always go back to your profile on the website to print at any time. I hope this helps

Yes, book already, cause the date you may get can be close to 6months from now. The earlier the better

If you have booked your appointment, then your NIN has been verified I guess. Cause it will not allow you book your appointment or even fill the form if your NIN isn’t registered
