For me, removing gluten and dairy from my diet cleared up both my life long anxiety and depression. I think diet plays a huge role in how we feel! And lately I've been doing a lot of barefoot gardening, getting outside, being in the soil, actively moving around, all of it just really melts away any stress I might have, makes for a really awesome day!

I think that diet is a huge part of a lot of our problems. There is so much misinformation out there. It is really hard to share the truth, when there is so much confusion. We have been paleo for over a year, and we are all so much healthier.

This was really great. And I learned a new word, catastrophizing, which I’m totally guilty of. I had that fear for a long time and I’ve been working on controlling it. And now that I have a name for it I feel like that just gives me another tool to overcome it. It’s funny, I had to watch this over the course of a few days because I had to follow your advice about screen time and sleep 😆 Thanks for the great advice 🙏
