Thank you so very much, Dr. Gagarin! It's really quite a useful set of tips for people like me dealing with depression. I really appreciate it personally, and I think it's so noble of you to try to help others in pain. I wish you a joyous holiday season as well. I believe in periods like these there are more cases of mental crashes, even suicide attempts sometimes, from the people suffering from mental disorders, so professionals like you have more work at the festive season. Stay strong and hold on! Thank you once again, and I wish a rapid growth and development to your channel and success in everything you do!

@@Dr.Gagarin Who knows, Doctor, who knows... It's hard to predict the future. And, I guess, it's almost impossible to build one, for life can destroy everything you try to build in one single moment. Probably, such is the sad existential essence of life. But I completely agree with you that we, like-minded people, should stick together. And the role of you and your noble colleagues in helping to alleviate the suffering of those struggling with mental pain is indispensable. Happy coming new year, Doctor! Best wishes for 2024, and eagerly anticipating new videos on your channel!

@@Dr.GagarinThank you. I do like your use of an analogy to better explain something and make it easier to understand behaviours very helpful. Two areas that interest me on a personal level are coping mechanisms and over-thinking. Whether good or bad, a better understanding of these would be helpful.

Interesting. I have 2 patients talking about overthinking, so I was thinking about overthinking 🤔
