I was about to comment... With medkit and especially if you have doctor you don't care cause bandaging also stops the progression of bleeding... The bit shots don't stop the bleeding damage so if you are very critical on health you better pull out a medkit or stop the bleeding first...

I was gonna say yesterday I stepped on a trap and got shot by dum dum ammo at the same time. I got outside and started popping a full vitality shot before realizing the bleeding continued and I died before being able to stop bleeding. I knew medkits stopped bleeding and assumed the same was true for shots, rip

Cause you might get hit by a frag or bleeding Ammo, hide to heal and get rushed... With medkit, doc and physician you are up to full health in no time basically...

I can’t tell you how many times after a match I wish I could see where everyone was moving and how many genius maneuvers and close calls everyone had. The entertainment value of something like that would be tremendous!

Another great implementation would be a damage output log after you die, where you can see how much damage you did to other players. There already is a damage log for the damage you took, but the other way around would be nice as well. Especially if you consider, that you could get details like: what body part did I hit at which distance. How much burning damage did an enemy take after I ignited him, etc. It would be a lot more complicated to implement the detailed version, but I think it would provide some great insight, especially for new players. Sorry if my English isn't the best, it's not my first language.

Me and my buddy thought that for a long while as well. The menus in this game are just poor at relaying information to the player. That bar is the health you had left before your death blow. So for example if you get head shot that whole bar will be full.

@@valent9r Yes I think you're right, but I meant a damage log on all players you damaged, because sometimes you shoot a hunter a few times and wonder how he's still alive, and then you get killed by another player. So seeing which body part you hit at which distance on the guy who didn't kill you woud be nice, but probably quite complicated to implement.

for number 6, yes vit shots dont stop the bleeding during the animation, medkits do ao if you have the time its always better to heal with the med kit instead of stopping the bleeding and then heal up.

If you're hearing other players when moving around take into account that there's a good chance they heard you as well. To this day I still see/hear people sprinting and then crouching when they heard someone even though I know exactly where they are. Being aware of the enemy knowing your exact position literally means life or death.

The biggest problem I have with playing with randoms, is that they just don't know when to push, I find the best time to push into a building is as soon as you down someone in there from outside, usually they'll be distracted with trying to get they're buddy up and that's the perfect time to rush in. It's not foolproof though

Conversly, if the enemy downs your teammates and starts pushing you, they'll be often pretty reckless - position yourself around your traps, hold that angle, etc. People rushing in who think it's just a simple 3v1 often make a lot of mistakes in the rush.

I've played 300 hours and didn't even know I could play with randoms. I thought you could, but never found the button for it so chalked it up to being unable to. I do the same thing in other games, if you can wipe a trio while solo, what can you accomplish with teammates that you are que'd with? 😎 PUBG solo vs squads was always really fun before they added vaulting. It's the best way to improve imo. Your room for error is very very small

Depends on the random. I got a prestige 80 and prestige 60 in a match the other day. I quickly became an observer as they flew out in front and killed anything that walked, ran, shambles, or slithered.

For tip Nr. 8: a better explanation to where the crows are heading, is that they always fly away from the source of the noise, so it not always corresponds with where a player is actually going. Example, if you throw a decoy next to a murder of crows, they will fly away from said decoy, which made the noise, not the player.

I sometimes shoot behind the furthest crow if I have a silenced gun, so the crows fly towards me while I head in the other direction, works great!

Yeah also if you are running and startle the crows which are located to your side, they will also fly away from you and not in the direction you're going

- Alert Mines placed next to barrels are insta kills - A concertina mine placed next to a poison mine is an insta kill - There is no shame in not pushing into a boss lair covered in concertina wire and filled with shottys, they have to come out sometime - Rather than burning a body you can put trip mines on the body and they are pretty well hidden, good for a cheeky surprise.

Tip number 5 can be taken to the extreme when killing the assassin -> set yourself on fire and just stand still while stopping the burning but not completing it (since while stopping burning/bleeding the damage pauses). This makes the assassin burn himself on you effortlessly.

The sad part is that in the arsenal they already have a button to filter for owned items. All they would need to do is add that already implemented and functional feature to the other menus and it wouldn't take a friggin search bar to use such a useful filter. But for some reason hunts UI designers just decided that adding it to the one menu is enough. Same with a melee weapons filter.

From the option menu you can also turn off interactable windows and doors becoming highlighted when you look at them. It makes them look like part of the world instead of part of a video game.

Mentioned this on the last video, I'll do it again. You can, just like with ducks/crows, use gunfire to make AI, such as grunts and immolators, to move in specific directions. Such as an enemy in cover. I have found this works the best with the immolators, grunts and armored. Works with dogs a little as they will spread out looking for victims, hives and meatheads just become area agro and a little bit more aware of moving enemies (you have too shoot the meathead). You can do this with any bullet that has a "splash" effect. Such as Poison bullets from a Suppressed Nagant, will create a localize noise. Similar to a chaos bomb, drawing nearby AI to that location. The little I've experiment leads me to believe that the alert range is around 15 meters. Depending on the quantity of grunts in the area as they will draw others from around the area to the location. Additionally even if you don't have special ammo, shooting a nearby lantern or barrel (shoot only once) will also draw the attention of nearby AI. This can work with normal rounds and even bolts/arrows but I find that poison rounds work the best. I've used this to flush a duo out from behind cover by making a immolator walk towards them.

with tip 1, you can also type in weapon types to help fulfill summons, for example getting kills with rifles, if you type rifles it will show you anything classed as a rifle. its also easier to sell stuff if you go to the arsenal tab and click the owned filter.

I dont get why they dont just put the owned filter in all the menus. Same with the melee weapons filter. Clearly they have the feature already in the game and functional, its just a minor thing to add the button everywhere it would be useful and it makes life so much easier when looking for certain things. Another thing some people don’t know. When your using suppressed guns are using high velocity ammo type your gun has muzzle flash. It can give you away a lot on night maps.

A good general rule of thumb with shotguns is if the hip fire cross hair does not cover their chest you aren't close enough. Keeping this in mind really helps with pellet spread rng.

Tips for new player as a person with almost 2k hours. Split seconds decision and Staying calm is most important thing in CQC - you will get into it no matter if you want it or not so being prepared helps a lot. DO NOT PANIC - even if enemy had a shotgun or your health drops to 1 or you're on fire. Think of it like this - if you panic you die anyway and if you run (incorrectly) you will also die anyway but if you keep calm and shoot back at least you'll die fighting and at best you killed the guy.

Pro tip: When forced to push someone around a corner (especially when you have a shotgun) I find it beneficial to jump as I come around it since they usually look back and hold aim at head level. This makes it more difficult.

On a similar note in a knife fight jumping before stabbing greatly incerases your chance of stabbing the head and getting hit in the chest by your enemy -> fewer trades. Stabbing a little bit early can also be beneficial as the hitbox lingers for a moment even after the "stabbing part" of the animation is done

You said “while playing the healing item it does have its risks.” The shot is the only one that doesn’t suspend your bleeding. The health kit suspends your bleeding just like you pressed “stop bleeding”. Whereas the shot makes you continue to bleed until the animation is done.

boss fight tips: you can easily kill a boss by throwing sticky bomb at them like butcher, scrapbeak and spider to deal massive damage except dont throw at assasin it pretty impossible.

just like RatchaZ, the crow tip is incorrect. Crows fly away from the nearest hunter. If you run on the right side of them heading north and the crows are west of you, they will fly west.

the angle the birds will go is not that simple. Depends on your angle of approach and your distance to the bird. If you are running north, and you trigger them when they are at true west, yes, they go west, but more often than not, if you are running true north, and pass a bird on your left, the birds will bear NW. I just scared a hell of a lot of birds in training to confirm this

Why buy uppercuts? I find plenty down in the Bayou. Oh, Legendary ones? Yea, those too...got like 3 kamacites so far...lord's prayer is strangely popular too...Midnight Howl is my favourite but I hardly see it... Top tip: not all bounties are equal value. If the map indicates an equal amount of compounds where its possible for a boss to be, both bounties are of equal value. But if the second bounty only takes up ~1/4 of the map, it is worth less than the 'big bounty.' I've seen so many teams just throw their lives away for effectively chump change that barely covers the cost of your hunter.

In randos. Dont go outside the boss lair. To chase enemies. Also if your not a sniper or just going to point at enemies and unwilling to take a shot. I might just teamkill you for hiding. passivity kills too many times its been down to 2 hunters. One on each team and people back into a corner which results in the other team being able to pick up teammates and now your three on one. Now the opposite its 3 vs one. The best thing you can do is try to seperate them.
