Bangladesh, India, Nepal, India are in the ISC (Indian sub continent). Iran as well is not an Arab country. And you forgot one thing to keep in mind when doing business with Arabs are all about "Relations" "mutual benefit agreements" or shall we call it "Wasta= If you know someone who knows someone who knows the CEO, you could definitely sign an agreement with your preferred terms!" However; Other tips on this video are true, but works only on local SMEs

I'm an Arab from Riyadh, great presentation and some very valuable tips. However, I totally disagree with some of the tips especially '9. Oral Communications' that dose not make any sense to me, statements, reports and presentations are much better to show an idea intellectually than talking! in any (business matter) it's always about the person you are dealing with regardless their culture.

Worked with the Middle East for many years, point 8 is probably the most real one, after negotiating for month with none or little progress everything could be resolved and has to be done within a day. Verbal communication mainly in person is very much appreciated but I always like to keep email recorded of the conversation. Is essential to have documentation and the right authorisation. Be knowledgeable of their country custom and tradition is definitely a plus point. Another point that is delicate for me is the luck of female appreciation in the business community, I'm afraid to say there is little career for a female entrepreneur.

Arabs are generally friendly, but are very different from other countries. I have been to East Jerusalem before. My lost tribe from Vancouver is very different from Arabs.

Don't take Arabs for fools. The UAE is producing much more than oil we have one of the largest aluminum and plastic factories in the world. Dubai is a well known tourists destination . Also there are safe nuclear plants and oh don't forget all that solar energy

if you say your creator and every ones creator is the same one creator one god then more chances of success. God mean in arab, creator and sustainer of time and space and every thing between. whether u like it or not, believe in God or not, one day we all be raised back to life and judgement will begin. no human is perfect so be carefull in arab world, personally i travel a lot n love cool weather of the west, if i had choice i would leave n live in west in cooler and more tolerated environment where weed would be legal and alcohol would be prohibited. there is no such thing as islamic country its all bull shit, if you got bad luck you can get in trouble in this countries.

@vitalodion -Well you are welcome to do business wherever you want....but your comments about Israel are not necessary. We all know Israel is basically an European colony in the Middle East (israel was created on arab land by the European jews) so no real history no real culture no real identity as apposed to the arabs. I do prefer business with arab countries so much more money, more culture, more real than Israel.!
