Do you still recommend the Autel Evo in 2020? I have the urge to buy the Evo over the Air 2 mainly due to the screen built into the controller.
@Hi-DefCreative4 жыл бұрын
Yes I would still purchase it today. I'm sitting on money in my business account just waiting for the right used set up with a couple of batteries to give me a backup I desperately need. Luckily I've never really needed the backup I just know it's smart to have. I would choose the Evo Over The Air 2 as well

Brady , if you are still on the fence , I love my Evo , you can get a heck of a deal on amazon these days on a new Evo in a hard case and a bunch of other stuff to go with it, I would say you won’t regret it. I do have a mavic mini and a mav air 1 and if I had to keep only one I would pick my Evo.

Be careful with the antennas(saw on the vid you were messing with them) they break at the pins, I am getting my controller back from Autel tomorrow. Great service they replaced both antenna assemblies for me under warranty. I only had the Evo for a month. The antennas are cheap plastic. Subscribed

I got a Evo 3 weeks ago. I LOVE IT! Learning alot. Is it worth buying those other filters for the camera? You tried new charger for 4 batteries? Few reviewers said it was really slow.
@qualudia14 жыл бұрын
Hey pal, I enjoyed your video. Good tips, your humor is subtle but effective. A couple of tips for you: 1. Only look at one camera. We as viewers become confused when you don't know what camera you're supposed to be looking into. Subconsciously I was like, "dude look over here". 2. Make sure you stay in focus. Use a video recorder that has a better focal point. 3. Keep your subjects informative as if you really believe it and really want to tell us. I don't want to sound like a critical asshole but truth be told, if you did these simple things, your subscribership will rise and before you know it, you'll be in the thousands wanting to hit the 1st big milestone 100K. I like what a saw and have subscribed so "Get to it, Brah". Stay safe in the Pandemic.

Hi, try using your Evo1 if you still have it and fly it. Autel made 2 explorer updates for the android and iso phones. July 2 and July 11 2021. The new version on the 11th was V1.1.7.83. By default the app is set for auto updates. Well Autel really messed this one up. Major problems for Evo1 and Evo2 owners. For the Evo1 the visual nav settings got messed up. The GPS and OA are turned off and you have to reset them each time you boot up both the controller and the drone. There is no more beeping of the OA nor the radar that shows for OA (obstacle avoid.) Notified some that I know still have the Evo1 and all are having issues. Please give it a try and respond if in fact you are having issues. Of course Autel replied with. "I know there are bugs, but no seeing issues with GPS or OA" Well Autel everyone else is.

I will check this out. I was having problems with the Android app and its entirety. I couldn't get it to control the camera. I had to move to using an iPad for a minute. I need to check if they updated it though
@shsechas3 жыл бұрын
@@Hi-DefCreative was your GPS an OA on , or did you have to go into visual nav settings to do so. Both me and my buddy having that issue. Also both Evo1 and 2 are having issues with the camera.

you could have gone with tips like When you update your Evo MAKE SURE you update with every battery you own... they are smart batteries and require the same update to be optimal. just as an added tip that could have been helpful. OOOOOH, ALSO when you put your controller down ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS tuck the antennas back into the folded position or you will eventually break the antennas. ALSO if you have flight control problems and or gimbal there is a very good chance your flying in a strong wind OR due to all the traveling and lack of doing this - calibration every so often - will throw the sensors off after a while. just some added thoughts :) enjoy your flight
@Hi-DefCreative6 жыл бұрын
Those are helpful ideas I may do another as I learn more.
