From my experience I think it's easier to train someone with no experience than to break someone's learned bad habits. Dalton has the benefit of learning from one of the best.

I can't imagine the learning curve: different recovery trucks, different vehicles to be recovered, different recovery environments, AND working on his CDL. Folks do what dalton does… A S K QUESTIONS never be afraid to ask. I was once told if it sounds like a stupid question snd you dont ask then it probably is. If you never ask youll never know. Knew what you wanted when you were to the light bar moment. all you asked was "What's next?" and he went for the light bar on his own. missed the door he needed but he knew it was the light bar you wanted. So suggests he was at least aware of that part of the process. I have a feeling he'll soon be one of your top operators.

You are amazing. You walk 25 feet to the cab and pull forward turn the wheel a little and back up and you just pulled a maneuver ,"No biggy" that made me do a double take. You just moved over a inch and a half, I have to put a jack under the pig on my Impala to get that kind of accuracy.
