I've been watching one of the other YT towing channels - they have lots of interesting problem lifts/tows, but your channel has much better explanation and commentary. You are a superior teacher, both for your workers and for your viewers.

I agree. The other channels have some interesting problems, but they don't compare with Ron's work and commentary. It's enjoyable to listen to his explanations and watch the recovery work.

Ron is an excellent instructor. Notice how he doesn't just say do this - do that, he gives the reason behind why it's done a certain way. And Dalton is just soaking it all in. I love how he's not afraid to jump in and work. It seems like Dalton will fit right with Ron and the rest of the team. I actually think no experience is going to work in his favor, no bad habits to break. Good luck to Dalton, you have an amazing opportunity here.

Folks do what dalton does… A S K QUESTIONS never be afraid to ask. I was once told if it sounds like a stupid question snd you dont ask then it probably is. If you never ask youll never know. When being trained ask any many questions as possible. I also like that ron explains in D E T A I L S. That helps alot especially for someone like me.

love that Dalton asked questions, heeded advice and had his head in the game. Knew what you wanted when you were to the light bar moment. all you asked was "What's next?" and he went for the light bar on his own. missed the door he needed but he knew it was the light bar you wanted. So suggests he was at least aware of that part of the process. I have a feeling he'll soon be one of your top operators.
