You would think these manufacturers could design the transmissions ao you wouldn't have to disconnect it

Damn that was insanely close calls you has Ron sir. This should have been 2 man job. So many brainless people driving blind and can't see ahead. Thank God you are safe sir.

When working that this can you not get a large magnetic flashing arrow to a fix to the back door of the trailer to direct the on coming traffic? over
@KurtBuddemeyer-td9siСағат бұрын
I took an old load scale box that's weather proof and put green strobe lights on the front, Dewalt battery adapter on the back and magnets on the bottom. Put it on the dot bumper those green for some reason works wonders
@dwightupton4520Сағат бұрын
Perhaps your light bar should have been employed right away. Your truck lights are mostly hidden by the trailer. A few cones would also help.

Forgive me is this has been asked and answered before. Have your equipment ever been hit while on a call due to negligent drivers

Seeing the situation , I was quite surprised you did not have a traffic control vehicle with you from the start , some of those drivers are lunatics
@jameskennedy673Сағат бұрын
Ron I’ll say it for you common sense isn’t very common anymore. If it was people would move over when they see a vehicle on the shoulder with flashers on, move over.👍your videos, have a blessed day today, from Texas🙂

the joke going around for years has also been "those that cant do, teach" well its been obvious for years that those that have never done the job before are going to tell you how to do it. (i e. politicians). you have to love how these people have never even been inside of a truck but they will make laws on what you can and can not do with it as if they have been doing it forever.
@sarukmaktao225Сағат бұрын
Definitely more than a few close calls there. And half of them don't seem to be looking very far ahead, but have lots of opportunity to move to the left lane. It's a terrifying thing, being on the side of a busy highway like that.

Traffic sure wount move over.😒👍👍

Know what you were going to say you're on some people shouldn't be driving I can't believe even the truckers weren't moving over when I broke down alongside the road to police officer didn't even move over didn't even stop to see if I needed help

New York changed it's get over law to , you have to get over for all vehicles on the side of the road whether they are emergency vehicles or not

Hey I barely ever comment but I watch every one. I drive to Hot Springs AR from Chicago every spring and fall to dig crystals in the Ouachita mountains. Every time I remember your exit / the area you're shop is in off 55 ! ✌️ If ur into rocks and crystals look up Haunted Ridge Rocks in Missouri! It's the newest and best place

I can understand his concern about vehicles being too close, but when a truck is being overtaken it has nowhere to go but stay in lane.

I didn’t watch the whole video, but before I forget this thought. Could you mag mount a couple guardian angel lights to the back of the Trailer in a case like this? Stay safe!

Shoulders on roads need to be wider than they are to give a bit more room for people who need to stop on the shoulder.

That highway should be another arc nemesis since it's as dangerous as power lines Ron. That would be considered by far the most dangerous place to be for you guys. God Bless you guys and stay safe out there.

ron first off your videos are always a highlight of my week. secondly it seems that unit #18 is becoming the go to truck for most (normal jobs) i.e. tows from the side of the road and simple tows from one lot to the shop or the other way around. you said this truck is filling a gap is that gap a role the tator previously had to fill because it was the only other true heavy besides the original star? i feel like parking the two stars next to each other for a comparison video between the two would be something your audience would enjoy. please stay safe out on the road and god bless

As a fellow Heavy Tow driver I definitely understand that frustration with being on the side of the road trying to do my job and ppl are blowing by at ungodly speeds. Thankfully I haven’t had any incidents where either myself or my truck was hit. I greatly appreciate the good Lord for watching over me. Stay safe out there Ron I’m praying for you and all those who do what we do. Stay safe brother.
