Hi, Bryan, I enjoyed your video, full of information and your intelligent insights. My policy is always to remain the pupil you can learn a lot from your mistakes and from others' mistakes. I say this to my staff. If you mess up tell me so we can fix it or change it don't try and cover it up because you end up telling lies which is a red flag to anyone. Never be afraid to ask questions. A man who asks questions is only dumb for a day, a man who does not ask questions remains dumb all his life. My only regret is not retiring early and moving SE Asia to make business and be hands-on but now I am not fit enough to work so if I am to be involved in anything I would have t be a silent partner. Now it would be a hobby business something that I don't rely on for an income. Keep up the great work Take care GOD Bless you and yours. M
