Thailand is the gift that keeps giving, every day I wake up here is a blessing. Go gym 3 times a week, drink once a week, eat at decent restaurants a few times each week. Doing business in Thailand is so easy, hardly any barriers compared to Europe 👍

The vast majority of people who were not successful in their place of origin think that they will magically succeed in Thailand. Most of them will discover that no matter where they go, they will still be the same person. BTW;Very nice content.

Also, if you are retired here and not making an effort to learn the language, it is your fault. When I try to speak Thai, the reception and appreciation from the locals is amazing. Genuine appreciation.

I resonate so much with what you have said Bryan. I am currently upskilling and pivoting my career with a view to setting up a new business in Thailand this year. I think that the days of choosing one career for life are coming to an end and we need to be constantly learning to thrive. There’s so much content out there for learning and self development and the opportunities are endless! Keep up the good work 😊

A lot of people expect great things to happen simply by putting in minimal effort. This applies to everything they do and is typically associated with promotions or raises at work, success in new ventures, or happiness in their personal life. When the great expectation doesn't come to pass the first reaction is to complain and to denigrate others who have actually achieved great goals. Bryan - Thanks for promoting the fact that we can create our own destiny if we put in the effort.

I found out best to give your self daily challenges, stay busy, find new interests if you don't already have many. Saving money also can be as good as making money in lean times. Be careful who you befriend in Thailand expats, more so there is many who are after a slice of your money saying there your friends. I tell them that true friends are the hardest thing to find in Thailand and I have none only acquaintances.

"chasing emptiness" so true and such a waste of time for many. Need a purpose and focus in life. Sleeping in late and drinking all day is no good for anyone. I can't stay in Pattaya for more than a few days. Far too many distractions and partying. Fomo comes into play. I come back to Bangkok where I can get into a better routine of excercise and work. Much more productive. I go out just 2 nights a week and feel much better and happier. Best wishes to you and your family.

As a local who know a one or two western expats, I always think that, unless you are an old man with deep pocket or big pension, it's very difficult for you guys to stay here anyway, especially when consider that we like to charge you guys more than locals and many of us also see you guys as a living bank. As I had stayed in Pattaya for 2-3 years untl 2 years ago, an old expat who got throw away by his girl when he had no money left or got some chronic disease was not uncommon.

Is there anyway I can send you an email about a business situation I have and to tell you the truth, after watching your channel so much I really don't know who to trust! I would really respect your opinion as to what I need to do to market my product here in Thailand. I do know I'm going to need a Thai partner I just don't have those connections.
