Do not use hotelbeds or any other third party to book. Feel free to use to look, but book directly through the hotel. If something goes wrong third parties are not inclined to help you fix. If book through hotel rate should be similar, if not major chains offer price match of some sort by completing form on website.

"OpenTable" just told me the only German restaurant in Seattle is the Rhein Haus . . . that's a crock !!!

OpenTable is not the same as Yelp. OpenTable only lists restaurants that choose to use them for reservations.
