I live in the city that is in story 1. The dinner that was in the story burned down when an out of control fire swept through the "Cajon Pass". That is the name of the "incline" which is referenced.

I was thinking the same thing. A lot of stuff that just doesn't make sense to be in the story + just a weird way of telling the story made it sound very strange. I tried using AI to write a story once and it had similar weirdness to it, so I'm like 95% sure that this story is AI generated

It's actually a fun story, and I can't decide what to think of it. It's strange that it starts off describing clothes and shoes! Then I don't think a transmission fluid leak, should be such a big deal lol. I think normally a person would just buy more fluid at the next gas station...? Plus odd phrases like how Hoss "chortled" and "brushed it off" etc. Idk but it is a fun story anyway

Weird how this is the second time I’m hearing the name Haas in my life and he’s also a super unstable weirdo. My haas ended up being a pedo tho. Long story short I’m a grown woman but I’m petite and I’m Filipina so I look 13 and..yeaa.. took me a few days to connect the dots. He was dropping hints about what he liked and kind danced around it without directly admitting it. But it became clear quickly.
