As a Vermonter, I can genuinely say there is something weird about Bennington. The University itself is haunted. If you ask any student that graduated from there (especially students that took art classes) they’ll tell you that. And the disappearances are very real. Most of them happened in the 1980s and before that. I’ve been told it was likely a serial killer, but there’s no evidence. It seriously wouldn’t shock me one bit. Also, I lived in Manchester for awhile. They have wonderful outlet stores.

Cheers Joel.. refreshed my memory of 4 years or so ago. Long story short( and I just asked my daughter if she remembered and said yeah when....) let our cat outside via the the door, went into the lounge room moments later and he was sitting on the floor as cats do. I literally felt his belly before he went outside to make sure he ate. 🤷 if I didn't let him out, then who did I let out.. it's not scary, it's just weird. Crazy. Mind boggling. My daughter thinks it's scary

44:00 y’all should look up videos about John Jones and the Nutty Putty cave incident. It’s so sad but man it’ll make you feel so claustrophobic. Such a sad and terrible story. My husband (boyfriend at the time) had a stack of gift cards he never used. Mostly because it was places that weren’t near us or we just didn’t go. We put them in a drawer for safe keeping because we were going to be driving across country and would prioritize using them then. A week later they were gone. We looked everywhere. We joked about finding them when we moved. When we did move we found nothing. Now whenever anything disappears we blame the fairies. We have a kid now and he will yell at the fairies when he can’t find something.

I was quite enjoying that second-to-last story until I realised it was just a well-disguised urban myth that I first heard in the 1970s (and is probably decades older than that). The old "dog licking my hand really isn't the dog" tale is hairier than an unshaved Sasquatch. 😉😀

Why did they need to pee in the bushes? Did this “house” not have a bathroom? That’s scarier than any ghost. This is one of those stories where everything surrounding the scary thing is way more interesting and requires a lot of explanation that is not present.
@MsTeryStalker2 жыл бұрын

I've known guys that like peeing outside simply because they can. I know someone who wanted to live in the country just so he could so that. To sum it up, people are weird lol
@error404webpagenotfound2 жыл бұрын
He did say he got a new house and it was only 2 rooms. Didn't say what those 2 rooms were, but my inductive reasoning thinks that neither one of those is a bathroom or the bathroom doesn't work. There are people that just prefer to use the bathroom outside too, usually guys.
@christinepettett91382 жыл бұрын

That last story was awful. 😭 That poor sweet puppy dog. Why would someone hurt an animal?!
@mpGreen032 жыл бұрын
Most of these stories are fake so I don't think we really need to worry :). What bothered me about it is that when writers who write fiction decide that they need to murder pets in these stories in the first place... Annoys me to no end, I don't want to hear about someone's doggo being murdered when I'm listening to scary stories as an entertainment form. + bad writing - tree hugging, nature loving people in the story they are recalling call their pet as "the dog" and not by their name when he was murdered, makes sense yup. Sorry for the rant :D
@MissKneesocks_2 жыл бұрын
@@mpGreen03 i thought that story seemed off too. like why does the guy in the story keep distancing himself from the dog by calling “the dog” not “our dog” or even “my dog”. He didn’t even talk about how upset he was that their dog was murdered in the most gruesome way. thats not how an animal lover would describe the situation. He doesnt even say, “ we had to leave our dog behind because blah blah blah….” he just says they left their stuff behind. it has to be a fake story
