Trust the journey. This meditation works and is life changing. I have been on mounjaro for 2 years now because I am a diabetic. I am down 105lbs, I am off insulin, metformin, statin and my bipap machine! My A1C went from 11 to 5.3. The medication saved my life!

Hello Olivia I have dm 2 and my Aic is 8 now but it was 9 I have lost about 20 lbs. Have you had problems getting full too fast? I sure do I want to make sure I get protein and vegies but I just dont feel like I can eat more. Have any suggestions?
@oliviaberroth99815 сағат бұрын
@@quiltbabe8057 I just eat when I am hungry and stop when I am full. I never had that ability before to know what being full felt like. I don’t often eat the right foods when I do eat. I do a lot less snacking and just over all eat less food.

I’m so excited for you! I am on week 3 of semaglutide. (5 ft 6 inches, weighing 218, 53 years old). Weight has been a life long struggle. I’ve been 130 to 220. I’ve done weight watchers off and on over the years. Now, I have a lot less food chatter in my head on semaglutide. I’m satiated faster. The only side effect is mild nausea the day after my injection.

Good luck! I was 215 and now I am 130-135 consistently. I love it. I got slightly nauseous in the beginning but didn’t after taking it for a little.

Awesome girl. I am a Mounjaro girl. I started my journey last November and have lost 92 pounds. I took it slow and feel like that is better than a fast weight loss. I am diabetic and this has been a game changer.

I've been on semaglutide for almost 8 months and have lost 57 lbs. I'm like you in that I've tried everything and it hasn't worked. I'm so thankful for semaglutide! I've gone from a size 20 to a 12/14 after 20ish years. If I can do it, you can too!!!

The trick I learned taking Ozempic is I inject either on my inner or outer thigh. The nausea is a lot less. I have been on for 3 months slowly increasing the dosage so now I am up to 1mg. I am diabetic so I feel great now compared to feeling really shitty before that. I have lost around 18 pounds but they say there is 10 % of people who dont lose massive amounts of weight on Semaglutide so I might be one of those. I don't mind as I feel so much better taking it.

Super interesting to have this follow-up by a real and honest person who takes semagludite. Because often on this subject, we find either opinions of people who are against it and want to scare, or opinions too positive to be realistic. Also this realistic follow-up is really interesting and I hope you will continue to keep us informed. Love your travel (for work) vlogs and also your red glasses!

I have been taking semi glutide for almost 2 years and I love it. I am basically just maintaining my weight at this point. I love the feeling of control it gives me. I will probably always take it. The first shot made me nauseated and the second shot did only very briefly. Since then I don’t notice anything.

Such a better option this gastric bypass.My sister did gastric bypass 10 years ago .She has malabsorption issues and developed the condition where sugar drops(never diabetic)She passes out without warning but they got her to ER in time.She recently had hole in stomach repaired from stomach from prescribed naproxin which apparently after that surgery not good idea cause of her stomach acids and absorption.We about lost her again!

I have been on it since May & have lost 55 pounds. I don't think 2 pounds a week is slow, I wonder if people who lose alot are not eating anything. I'm not going to do that to my body though. I eat similar to you, the nausea got better after the first couple of months. I can't believe how it has changed my thinking around food. This must be what "normal" people feel like everyday. 😊

I am considering taking these medications but I do have one question. Would you have to take these medications basically forever or otherwise gain the weight back if you stop taking them. I heard that once you stop taking them the weight starts coming back on, even with a healthy lifestyle , is this true? I just don't want to rely on medication for the rest of my life that's all. I always enjoy your channel 🧡

Isn't it shocking that no child feels that they can ask a friends parent to use the phone to contact their own parent.... mind you, maybe they might not remember the number.
