10 Unforgettable Campgrounds Around the Pacific Northwest!

We have 10 of the Pacific Northwest's most scenic campgrounds along the coast and east of the Cascade Mountains in Washington and Oregon State. We want to help you explore the beautiful Pacific Northwest and plan your next RV trip to this corner of the United States.
We also have Jason from ‪@RVMiles‬ talk about his favorite campground, when we had the pleasure of meeting him and Abby at the Seattle RV Show.
Our first campground, and KZbin video was Newport, Oregon at Beverly Beach State Park. We want to show you the amenities and local sights for this coastal town. Another campground in Newport is South Beach State Park.
North of Newport, Ft Stevens State Park is only 20 minutes from Astoria and Seaside. This park showcases the old civil war fort and proudly displays its historical roots through self-guided tours. Beach access in available to visit the Peter Iredale shipwreck.
In Seaside, Oregon, Thousand Trails Campground sits in town and is minutes from the beach and is also another great option to stay overnight.
This next campground was real fun, even more fun with Ken & Pam of ‪@TheRoadSMITHS‬ ! Here's the video: • Tour the Oregon Coast:... Woahink RV Park, also on the Oregon Coast, is set apart from the rest as it is at the base of the Oregon dunes.
If you want to visit Mt. St. Helens, Silver Cove RV Resort is not to be missed. This campground is an hour from the Johnston Ridge Observatory and miles of hiking trails. The resort sits on the shores of Silver Lake and boat rentals are available from other properties for the day.
One of our favorite campgrounds is Steamboat Rock State Park. This is a great base camp for eastern Washington State. Boating, hiking, dam tours, paddle boarding and swimming are all available at the park. The Grand Coulee Dam is a short 25 minutes from the park and should not be missed.
Another option close by for camping is Sun Lakes RV Resort. They have all the same amenities as the other parks and is just as beautiful sitting in the basin of Dry Falls.
In Oregon's high desert, east of the Cascade mountains, The Camp sits right in the middle of Bend. When you stay here, Bend is accessible within walking distance and short drives to breweries, restaurants, venues and hiking.
An hour of Bend, in Terrebonne, Oregon is the Crooked River Ranch. This beautiful park overlooks the Crooked River Here you can hike, golf and just lounge by the pool. We try to stop by everytime we are in the area.

Awesome video! Fort Stevens is such a beautiful campground. The ship wreck is fabulous. The war memorial area is incredible. I am also a coastie at heart and love the seaside places. Nice review of the best spots. I really enjoyed the Devils PunchBowl and the bike trail, specially the second one cause I LOVE to lose myself on the forest... And of course... that dune time with the screams (I know it was a hard moment for Jodi but on cam was amazing) and Ron saying he would try with the driver.... Yes we agree about the walk in the woods or even on the beach. We actually have a video in a month or so that we mention how it was told to us that it can equal taking one depression pill when you go for a walk in nature. LoL you are such a great Rambler and friend you have seen us quite well and yes I am challenging myself to fight through those anxieties and try to push through and not regret trying and hopefully people can relate and not get annoyed by me. Your so sweet I wanted to start this channel to share with others places to visit or to just do some positive entertaining. 01:30 BEVERLY BEACH STATE PARK IS CLOSED UNTIL AUG 2024 "Beverly Beach State Park, OR Alerts and Important Information The park will be closed for an underground infrastructure project. The closure begins on September 5th, 2023 with a goal to reopen the campground in August of 2024. The park will be completely closed during this time frame."

Yes this is all true we are on several oregon, pnw and Washington Facebook groups. We have seen many people so upset when they received cancelation notices especially for the 4th of july and summer and they were all trying to see if they can find new spots last minute for a holiday we have been doing our best to try and help them. It has indeed taken Beverly Beach longer to get it all done but it will be well worth it especially the uneven sights that really needed improvement but the location is amazing can't wait to see it again! Hope your having safe and fun travels we have many PNW videos and several more coming out hope your a Rambler and we see you again and maybe see you on the road!

Oh yes we have lived in several states across the country and we haven't counted but been to at least 25 states it will just take a while to revisit them with the RV and film them for the channel but I promise we will!!
