I think having a usb flash drive is also important. If you're buying a new laptop make sure to take a system backup at first. So if you have a malware infection or your laptop has been performing slow just restore the backup.

I have router UPS and it works like a charm. keep your laptop charged, and even if power goes, laptop has power, internet doesn't go down as router has UPS, and work continues without any hurdles. super useful.

Like i have two routers in the house on the 1st floor and ground floor. The main connection to the network is on the 1st floor so there's a ups and on the ground floor there's a power bank as you said.

The magnetic phone holder, not sure for the laptop but I use one in the car and it’s brilliant! I have a screen in the car that’s upright, fine for CarPlay but those times sat outside something waiting for the kids (like a music lesson) it’s brilliant to stick on and watch Netflix… my car is missing obv places to stand a phone otherwise 😅 To clarify, with the engine off parked, I’m not watching Netflix while driving!
