These dos and don'ts are just so that men don't look like utter slobs (which most of them do). Investing in a tailor would have been a good "do," because then you can take all of those fan shirts, or ironic t-shirts, and get them to actually fit your body properly and flatter you instead of making you look, as padard said, a hobo.

Agreed, the fold makes the arms look baggy. I perfer rolling up(two folds) the sleeves above the wrist (office style) because it make the arms look more fitted and not baggy. To add to that, what I hate about American casual button ups is that the arms of the shirts are naturally baggy but they make the shoulder/armpit tight.

It's mostly because most women care about the way they dress. A lot of girls are really into fashion and love dressing up. Not always for other people. Girls love dressing for themselves so they feel confident, comfortable, and happy. But a lot of guys don't really care. If it's clean, it first, then it's good enough for them. There aren't many *straight* guys who are fashion conscious. (Let's be honest, Most Gay dudes always look amazing) It's like how a lot of guys are really into cars and video games, but not a lot of girls are. There are some girls, but not most.

Please make a fashion video for skinny people/ fat people. I'm naturally skinny, I can't gain weight without doing some chemical powder pill technique. I don't know about everyone, but I feel really insecure when I wear just a shirt outside. I usually wear sweaters or something over. I'm not sure about using skinny jeans or not. There was a recent complaint against the fashion store Abercrombie and Fitch in Paris. People complained about the way the store objectified men by using shirtless men in their stores etc. It's all valid. A court case against them lost though, because it made people realise that women have been treated this way for centuries. It was just a mirror image of what was happening already for women. I get angry all the time about the way women are portrayed. Why should female cabin crew on Virgin Atlantic all have to wear skirts, tights and high heels... Just to serve drinks! It makes me crazy.

If you want to attract someone who likes a huge blazer and oversized pants, then that's the way to go. I work in a casual office. I'm in my mid-late 20's and everyone else is at least 40. We all work in cubes most of the day at a large engineering corp. Most of the time, unless I have a meeting, I'll just wear an untucked polo or untucked buttoned down shirt (not too long), medium to dark jeans and boots. Everyone else seems to tuck in their polo/button down, wear light jeans, white socks and sneakers. Even though I know I'm the only one that doesn't look like a dweeb, I feel like everyone tucking in their polo makes me look like I'm lazy. But it just doesn't look right to me unless I wear khaki's or slacks. Am I right or should I start tucking?

Jackson Paul I can understand where you're coming from and you're definitely right, women do usually own quite a few more pairs of shoes than guys do (I know I do!), but my point was that five pairs, while it might sound like a lot, really isn't. If I had to narrow down my massive collection to just those I thought could complete my wardrobe, I would probably end up with around 6 pairs of shoes, just because there are so many different occasions one has to dress for that requires completely different looks (formal (generally black and brown), athletic, casual, summer sandals/winter boots). I think the key here was mainly to say that you shouldn't just wear two pairs of shoes and have that be it. It usually tends toward sloppy.
