Enjoyed a lot as usually and can’t wait for part 2. 11:35 This is how I personally overcome situation you are discussing at this spot. To allow background come through acrylic paint I remove wet excess with another piece of paper (which also will be used as painty paper later). If after that I still need more removal, I’d bring some water on my brush, wet the spot and again dry it with a fresh piece of paper. With this technique no paper or paint is ever waisted and I am in good control of the degree of transparency. ♥♥♥

Definetely 10 pretty cool ideas to use those pattern papers! 🧡 So far I have only used the brown ones for collage purposes. It adds an interesting touch when you can still see what's underneath.
