I do agree with you about slowing down and take advantage of what God has given us for free.

Great video! I agree about finding free entertainment. I go to the local beach (free parking) all the time. I also pack my breakfast, lunch, and snacks for work everyday. My coworker goes out for breakfast frequently and goes out for lunch every day. Hubby and I go out to a restaurant for a date once a month. I make my own Starbucks coffee at home, unless I have a gift card.

@@KLC777 Oh my goodness, we’re practically twins lol 🙌🏽 You guys are doing the right things! It’s all pretty counter-cultural, but it’s the way to get ahead and not behind. The mini sacrifices do pay off even if it’s hard in the moment. Keep it up! I’m happy for y’all ☺️

I can afford a Sling subscription and WiFi, but my AT & T WiFi went up from $40/month to $65/month. My Sling subscription was $40/month. The WiFi increase to me was unacceptable, so I call AT & T and cancelled my WiFi. I don’t use my laptop that much and use my phone all the time. I have an antenna for local channels and a HDMI cord and adapter to watch KZbin on my television. Saves me almost $1,400.00/year. Like I said, I felt the WiFi increase was unacceptable.

Great job on making the adjustments. I agree about the price jump, that is quite a bit and it all adds up quick! We use our HDMI cord to watch KZbin on the tv all the time as well. Do you like sling? I've never used it..

One time I had $45 in Amazon stuff in my cart. Each item price seemed ok, but my total didn’t. Went to Walmart and all those items only cost $17.

That’s a great example and significant price difference as well. Thank you for sharing! Convenience comes at a cost, one way or another.
