Trauma takes time and lots of inner work. Been working on it for years. Thank you for sharing more beneficial information. Tricky & sticky. Currently doing some art therapy for grief ( non-death) So important.

It hit home when I realized my parents failed at all of 5As... It's weird because they've supported me (and still do - mostly money-wise) and I am grateful for it but still they've caused and still cause too much trauma and stress. Don't know how to get out of this toxic situation because it is impossible to talk to them. I am treated as a servant who has to be there and care for them forever as a thank you that they've raised me.

This is very therapeutic for me. I have been traumatized by certain family members, who were very cruel towards me after our mother died.

I really got trauma, when people talks about big diseases. It really makes me anxious and extremely scared as hell when someone talks about (cancer, stroke, gangrine etc.) It really gives me a waste of time being scared and anxious as hell. Thank you so much for sharing this coping up with trauma.

I love this woman she is very talented and she spoke with me on the phone for the beginning of a 10 year post divorce abuse custody battle. She’s wonderful but sadly I haven’t seen my children in 264 days now because of Family court corruption and a sociopathic ex. STRONG advice for Rhea is to totally disconnect from the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation as much of the world now sees them as child predators, I would disconnect from them immediately and erase all history of it.
