It’s actually very soothing. Put wet cotton socks on and then dry wool socks over them. You can also place your feet on a towel and fold it over the top of your feet to prevent any little escaping moisture. Best sleep ever.

I am a pre teen (12 years old), and my father taunt me about circadian rhythm about 4 months ago, I set my alarm clock at 6:00 every morning. The clock was just for weekdays. I used it for about 2 months (more or less), now I wake up around 6:00 every day without my alarm clock, it get annoying cause I wanna sleep in during weekends. Btw, instead of using wet socks to get “cooler feet” and getting foot fungus, athlete’s foot etc, just use a fan. :3

There are alarm clocks meant for the deaf or hearing impaired. These clocks emit short pulses of strong light which helps to wake one up. Keeping loud alarm clocks at the other end of the room or in a cupboard or drawer also helps. I'll definitely try the wet socks bit as I'm suffering from feet that often swell up. Thank you.

🤗 After a few nights of going to sleep at the same time and waking up same time, your body regulates itself to where it becomes automatic. TIP#1 Use a programable radio to wake you or remind you to go to sleep. I like waking up listening to my favorite music. You can set your radio alarm to moderate buzz to remind you it's bed time. TIP#2 You can use your cell phone in the same manner, using tones or music. Your body regulates itself give it a chance. SECRET TO LONGEVITY IS GOING TO BED & WAKING UP AT THE SAME TIME AS A WAY OF LIFE. Your body doesn't have to work at restoration in varying time increments. It's science, look it up. 🙏 Peace be un to you.~🍃

It does though... Especially when you are a kid, like my son. Right now is about to be 7am, but we both woke up at 6am. It’s usually different for me, but that’s only because I work overnight. Though taking little naps at a time, before any major changes are necessary is the way to go if you’re trying to readjust your sleeping patterns. Trust me, I’ve done it plenty of times as of late. I wish you luck 🍀

When your feet are cold and not getting enough circulation that will HARM you! Getting circulation problems and the chance of losing your toes or feet. Definitely BAD for diabetics.

A Chinese Oriential Medical Doctor (OMG) told me that the secret to good health is "warm feet, cool head." I tend to believe that. I always sleep better when my feet are warm and my head is cool. About socks, I would strongly add that we should wear loose fitting socks. Socks with tight bands to make them stay up constrict the venous blood flow up the legs and back to the heart while constricting the blood flow to the surface of the skin possibly resulting in a dangerous infection called cellulitis. The first signs of stress to the constricted area is loss of body hair where the socks have been. It is also very beneficial to sit with your feet up to also aid with venous blood flow.

I've always had trouble sleeping but I want to make the effort to atleast try this new year... I wanna live a happy, healthy life.

Wow very informatif video. I want to ask: a. to wet the socks for sleep, should I use cool water or hot water? b. I heard that putting onion in the dry socks dry could improve our health & sleep. How about this? Awaiting your reply soon. Thanks in advance.

Wearing wet socks to bed can be hazardous to the health according to what I read. I am not a doctor, but it makes sense. The article I read suggess that the feet should be warm. Cold feet actually impedes circulation. I love the video -- just be careful about the wet socks folks. Do your own due diliigence and talk to a doctor!!! Oh yeah, trust your gut...if something sounds questionable or too good to be true - it may be just that.

Hey Bright Side... The person in the video you said recommends the wet sock thing is a "Naturopath" not a "Neuropath". Two totally different paths of study. You had it right in the text in the video, but the narrator said the wrong word. Just wanted you to be aware of the mistake. I enjoy your videos very much.
