Ziggler losing because he acted as the independent contractor that WWE claim their talent are (which we all know is bullshit) is ridiculous. As is Ambrose's/Mox's and Punk's loss, among a lot of others. That Vince is so petty, condescending, and idiotic to allow/make these changes shows the decline that company has been on for years. God, I hope that company goes under...

Between this video, and today's looking at talent that 'need' to leave, yeah, I think I do. Or, at a bare minimum, undergo a severe managerial regime change to someone who understands/appreciates pro wrestling for what it is/can be, without desperately chasing mainstream exposure/acceptance. What NXT has become borders on sad...

You know its hard to like a company who just destroy your favorite stars. Seeing the favoritism and talent being run down is rough to watch. Wrestlemania 38 was awesome, probably the best event in a while; Seeing Triple H retire I honestly didn't care for, & I was shocked so many did. HHH did a lot of wrestlers dirty back stage & its hard to respect someone who puts his own agenda in front of others. Karma is a bitch.....

I'm glad you're keeping positive by remembering Wrestlemania 38! But aside from that, as someone fairly new to wrestling, it makes it hard to look at Triple H seriously, who I often hear is very influential/ a legend...

your #3 makes no sense. Orton has openly talked about it on Broken Skulls and multiple other interviews that he was completely immature and not ready for that title run. He's said them getting the title off him was the right thing to do. That wasn't about HHH holding Orton back.
@sirnetflix71622 жыл бұрын
It still makes sense. Orton never said he asked to lose the belt, so someone else made the call. Whether it was the right decision is irrelevant, the video is about what CAUSED the loss of the title, not whether it was right or not.

@@sirnetflix7162 that's not the point i'm making, the video makes it come across that HHH manipulated things to keep orton down and put the title on him like the Hogan segments. That wasn't the case. The "politics" was the company thinking Orton was too immature,

Tbf... Hogan did have a charisma and swagger that no one else in his era had. You think hogan was lame you should see 90% of the other wrestlers in the wwf in the 80's. There were a few skilled technical wrestlers but wwe fans generally don't care a lot about that. They care about the entertainment factor. I'm not a big hogan fan and i get where you're coming from. But he was the best entertainer in the game 35 years ago. It's hard to explain. Especially now.that looking back and hearing stories, hogan's name makes your stomach churn. But sometimes you just have IT, or you don't.

@adamturner7492 жыл бұрын
The Undertaker is and always was old school and felt the champion should hold themselves in a certain regard as they are the face of the company. Of course there are exceptions The Undertaker himself being one as he was and is The Undertaker and having him in a suit wouldn't work at all. Steve Austin was definitely another as again it wouldn't fit. CM Punk was being CM Punk but in the eyes of The Undertaker he hadn't been around long enough at that point to be an exception and Punk did have heat for his backstage arrogance that wasn't just picked up by The Undertaker. Personally though I think Punk was an exception and whatever arrogance he may have had was warranted and deserved.
@TheRuns22 жыл бұрын
The clip didn't make clear he meant while traveling as opposed to in the ring. Also when Taker approached Punk about it, Punk responded, "What about Cena?". Not wise to say that to Taker.
