Happy Batalla de Puebla winning day. He has very good voice control for his age. He's only 10 years old. He was always looking at the audience and engaging with it. A lot of people close their eyes when singing in public, but not him. Very professional.

I am not mexican, but my guy is. I honestly I can't stand music of today, particularly the lyrics.. as well as the industry tbh. All around the world, mainstream culture and music is trash. It impacts my mind and spirit so negatively. One of the only kinds of music I listen to these days, is either stuff with no words, usually folk music from around the world.. but my favourite is mariachi music. If I could have other songs and music played by mariachi bands, I would then listen to more things. It just makes my heart and soul so happy. I have seen that it is often a thing that at celebrations, Mexicans may have mariachi bands to play? But I think my dude and his family are not this way and seem very americanized... so I will have to be responsible for such things I guess. 🤷‍♀️ there's no way my future babies aren't being fully immersed in, and enriched by their mexican culture and heritage. Which I happen to also very much enjoy 💜 music included. 👍💜💜💜
