I wish you the best. They don't have knowledge of food sanitation. Their equipment is dirty , they touch money and then touch your food to serve, they don't use food service gloves, the6 pour cold oil into hot oil while food is in the oil. Just so much more wrong. You would get sick.

@@geox1997 Скорее с вашим желудком вы не выдержите такое количество специй, которым посыпали картофель. Но там(в том климате и доступности чистой воды) выбор или специи или микробы и паразиты. И то это будет не смерть, а побег на белый камнь. Чтобы отравиться соланином(яд в зелёном картофеле), нужно сожрать нескольких килограммов нечищеного, термически необработанного, незрелого картофеля. Хотя конечно специально жрать зелень в любом случае не стоит.

The hygiene is, by our standards, quite appalling. Equally the health & safety issues. But I have to take my hat off to the kid trying to make some money.
