Yovana, you have been such an inspiration to me. I just love you 💓 and I'm so proud of you! I have been following you since 2017 and the video that inspired me to follow you was the meal prep for weight loss. You know the one with the apple pie overnight oats and the potatoes and hummus? So I've been struggling with my weight for years. I used to be in shape, then I had some health issues, then the most important person in my life died and I got really big. So now... back to the videos haha! You have helped me immensely. When I was following your program the first time I lost 30 lbs. and my skin never looked better, nor had I ever felt that great!
