Why i don't see the capes after import?

Someone else had the same problem and this worked for them: If this skinpack itself successfully imports but u can't see the capes, it's most likely cuz ur using a player animations pack of some sorts. Eg. Java Animations. Any pack that modifies the way the player's movement looks causes the capes to not appear. Try disabling such packs and restarting your game, then try.

glad it worked! It only works with certain skinpacks because iOS users are not capable of importing skinpacks that can be used with iOBit. Because of that there is something that is used to "program" the skinpacks to work on both Windows and iOS. Therefore this specific method only works with those specific skinpacks.

try restarting your PC or device ur on, restart Minecraft, or try this: Go to settings Go to Apps, and click the three dots next to Minecraft Then click Advanced Options, and scroll down to Repair Click that and then Open Minecraft again Hope this helps!
