Learning one word at a time without grammar, or at least simple sentences, results in the errors that are always present in Chinese speakers trying to speak English correctly. “This is one of the best way …” instead of this is one of the best ways to learn. It may seem like a small mistake but it sets off an alarm bell for Native speakers.

showing verbs without giving examples in sentences is not very educational, especially for Chinese which is very ambiguous language and requires understanding the context, as each word has at least 10 homophones.

I think there are more Chinese people here trying to learn English than English speakers trying to learn Chinese. How can we learn a language one word at a time? It makes no sense but seems to be the way Chinese speakers learn a language. The best use of this video is as flash cards for review. Get Chinese instruction elsewhere with structured lessons. Simple sentences in context with illustrations.
