You’re awesome ! My father has neighbors who are an elderly couple, they’re Chinese and they’re SUPER nice ! They’re awesome welcoming and hospitable people! They struggle with English but give it their best ! I want to turn the tables and try to talk to them in their languages for a change ! Hopefully when I’m back in town I can use what you’ve taught me !

Hello from California, USA. I follow your channel for a while now. Learning your Language is something i would like to achieve one day. I find your lessons very helpful and at the same time I see they are in fast pace. I just can't keep up with the speed the lessons are shown. Today, in this lesson i was amazed how slow each one Verb was handle, so so so helpful this slow pace. Obviously, my knowledge is very low but this slow pace is the one that wil enriched the learning for beginners. Thank YOU for this one. Cheers!! Sincerely: DIN DON

I met this wonderful wonderful person from Shanghai and this person has made my world much Better. I am teaching her English and Spanish at the same time. ( Spanish is my native Language ) She is catching up so fast but i am really struggling on the other end, so that one day we have a simple conversation in Mandarin. Cheers!! Sincerely: DIN DON

Amazing video Ms. Yimin! It makes a perfect guide for beginners. It's great that we have a teacher who teaches in such a realistic way. I have seen countless videos on youtube but to be honest they're not as good as yours. I'm by no means trying to say that they're bad at teaching but their content is rather stiff and mainly textbook style. As a foreigner trying to learn Chinese by myself I do appreciate your thoughtfulness in making your content beginner friendly! It makes learning so fun and easy.😉👍..........Much love and gratitude from Belize!🥰🤗😁

How do you like living in Taiwan? Do you miss America ?
@NickvonZ
@NickvonZ 2 жыл бұрын
@@jimd2101 Howdy! I love Taiwan. I have always been quite steeped in Asian culture in various ways, my entire adult life. So, I felt immediately comfortable, oddly. When I first came, for the first couple years, I would see another non-Asian (I am Caucasian) about only once every 3 or 4 weeks. I don't miss America at all. I finally went back to visit (I am from Baltimore) after ten years here, 3 years ago, for 2 weeks. I was happy to get back home in Taiwan. The big problem the past few years is that we are under a major, constant threat of attack from China. A Ukraine-esque level situation. That has been the situation for a few years now. I am a Veteran US Army Combat Military Police Officer, though. And I have ALWAYS been ready to take up arms against any invading force, as so many civilians are in Ukraine. Nice to meet you! Thank you for your interest in my opinion!

@@NickvonZ Wow...I would like to visit China someday.....I have been studying the language for a while.....I could just never move there.....I like too many things in America , and I would miss everyone......I dont know how you do it....I'm fascinated with Chinese women now and would like to find on for a partner someday.....but glad you happy there
@NickvonZ
@NickvonZ 2 жыл бұрын
@@jimd2101 Sounds great! My only advice.... Keep an open mind regarding future partners. You might miss out on some great possibilities along the way and might end up with one that doesn't work out so well if you ignore all the non-Asian ladies till you find a Chinese lady. Just a little advice to not be too narrow focused in your quest for a wonderful mate. Might be a blonde blue-eyed Jewish girl (for an example) who could fill your life with happiness. Chinese gal? Perhaps! But just keep an open mind! 🙂👍 Best Wishes!
