I should have been more clear- my original comment assumes you are doing some things to improve yourself like lifting. I do believe that someone should strive to improve themselves (not to an obsessive extent like looksmaxxers do to their face) and that lifting is very good. Wheat waffles has some good points. But i am also not a doomer that believes all is hopeless. Nor do i believe everything that is said about face composition is true or important. That could be considered red pilled, but i don’t really the borderline or blatant misogyny that many such people hold.
