I went from a 4 to a 6-7 when I leanmaxxed. The transformation in my face was shocking. My face used to look bloated and sad with droopy eyes. Sodas, candy, and other sweet foods/treats will ruin your looks if you don't carefully restrict them. This video help to reinforce my theory that when it comes to looks JAW is LAW. Lifting weights is probably the most significant thing you can do to make yourself more attractive to women. Something to note is that it's important that you are also aware of the rating/status of the woman whose reactions you're analyzing. Based on my experiences when I was in my early 20s I’m pretty sure I *was* a “Chad lite” but have dropped down into the lower echelons of “normie” since then, not due to ageing (both my parents look young for their age, they’re in their mid-70s & look younger than most people in their 50s, and I have inherited their good genes), but because I let my fitness / physique / body fat percentage / skin condition / etc. slide, and am working my way back up as best I can.
