Now, my face is lean, sharp, and everything from my jaw to eye area looks much better now. I noticed an immediate difference in the treatment I got from girls out in public. Cashiers used to avoid eye contact out of disgust, and any conversation I had with a woman outside of my immediate family or friend circle was as short as possible. After leanmaxxing, I noticed a huge difference in how I get treated out in public. Sodas, candy, and other sweet foods/treats will ruin your looks if you don't carefully restrict them. (Of course, leanmaxxing can only get you so far if you've got a bad facial bone structure, but many people are less attractive than they should be because of an unhealthy diet.)

Lifting weights is probably the most significant thing you can do to make yourself more attractive to women. I was a virgin until I was 20. 10 months after starting to workout I lost my virginity and started seeing a significant difference in how women treated me. I would say I was a normie and not sub5 before though. I still think it would even help sub5 people though too. I would recommend anyone try to lift weights before giving up altogether. Although this presentation is somewhat difficult to watch, it is without question high quality content. The truth is always difficult to swallow. I took the red-pill some years ago and that was rather difficult. The black-pill however is only for the brave or can take the brutal truth. Being somewhat new to black-pill content I realised that this "truth" of how women teat men based on looks, has been secretly known by marketing companies for a long time. At one time I used to work as a graphic designer for a large corporation and there was a marketing department there. Imagine that brutal awakening on a society level scale and we are looking at paradigm shift on an unparalleled level. It could make men very bitter - apart from the Chads of course. Perhaps Jesus should have said; "the Chads shall inherit the earth" and he would have been more accurate. We could see a gradual dying out of Sub 5s as women only choose to have sex with Chads in the hope of their "good" genes producing more Chads. This is no guarantee of course. Or we will might go down the path of men having extreme surgery- especially as medical technology increases - thus reducing ourselves to fit the female nature. I can see a world full of Chads. There is a very interesting Star Trek episode that you may find interesting that comes to mind. Kirk and his team arrive at a planet and find a young couple running from a group of military types. All the military men are wearing a mask. Kirk rescues the young couple and takes them to the Starship. The planet contacts them and asks Kirk to return the couple as they have committed the serious crime of removing their mask. Everyone on the planet must wear a mask by law. The young couple are both very good looking and Kirk is confused as to why they must wear a mask. Later the planet send 5 ambassadors to talk with Captain Kirk and all are wearing a mask. Kirk asks why it is so important to weak a mask. The ambassador explains that many years ago there had been a gene mutation after a virus outbreak and it altered the face of everyone. During the first 3 years at university, I quickly noticed how girls from different classes were genuinely interested in the interaction, as in having a good friendly conversation and so on.
